I love my Barber Ruben! But the Lady that works at the desk is HORRIBLE!!! I have the same complaint as Jesus M. She was on the phone the whole time I was doing my transaction and then I looed at the receipt and she charged me and extra .75 cent. There is no sign saying there is a debit charge. I told her I wasn’t signing the receipt and she didn’t know how to cancel it so she pretty much threw a $ 1 at me. and said to sign it. I pushed the pin down and she pushed it back… WTH!!! She is lucky I didn’t come behind that counter on her.

In my whole life I’ve never been so pissed I walk in with a full beard I explain to the lady how I want it show her a picture also she tells me she understands what I want but she wasn’t sure I stopped her to only find we are at the point of no return she gives me the most dumb look if you didn’t understand ask me I’m the client so needles to say had her take my beard out worst experience ever enter at your own risk.
