Ralph was very nice and professional! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my AC unit and charged me a very appropriate fee for the work done. He came out very quickly after I called. He was the 2nd repairman I had out (on the hottest day of the year!) and was able to fix a mistake made by the first company. I am very grateful! Thank you!
