I order 2 roses from the website which indicated was in stock. The Monday it was supposed to ship I got an email saying 1 was unavailable to ship. I understood that it was not ready to be shipped and just had 1 sent. The website isn’t exactly up to date as I would have liked because when I checked the site again it was still in stock. It was over a week before I emailed a out my refund. I called 3 days later because there was no response. Apparently I was refunded the day prior for $ 22.50 only my refund should have been $ 22.90 which I still have yet two see now over a month since my purchase. To stay positive they have a huge selection of unique roses. What I like is they aren’t in 1 – 2 gallon. It’s awesome indoor planting. It ships watered so I don’t recommend doing that until a couple weeks after planting. Even though I had an issue, they are efficient and communicative. I would still buy from them again.

I ordered a very hard to find rose from the Rogue Valley Roses website and was very pleased with the healthy plant I received. I’m now a repeat customer. They had a bit of trouble filling my second order, because as they explained, it was in stock when I ordered it, but when they went to pull the plant there was an issue that they were previously unaware of. I understand that roses are a living product which makes them by nature, unpredictable. I appreciate that Rogue Valley Roses wouldn’t mail me a rose that didn’t meet their standards. What I didn’t expect was a personal call from the manager, offering me the rose from their own garden collection, so that I wouldn’t have to wait until they could propagate more. I was really touched by the generosity and professionalism of this nursery.
