The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There’s a wide selection of brands to choose from and they have teriffic sales. It’s one of my go to’s for color and supplies.

My first time in at this location was great a girl named Amber was working and she was very kind and helpful, however my second time in which was the very next Saturday to exchange a color I bought a week ago and had lost the receipt was horrid, first off no one acknowledged that I came into the store, the entire time I was there no one spoke to me or tried to sell anything to me, secondly when I tried to exchange my 1 color the associate working lied to me several times (I was a manager at the Scottsdale location and worked for this company 6 years) she tried to tell me she could not exchange it nor could she look up the receipt or re print it, and that they made it impossible to do so anymore, LIE, the worst kind are LIARS, this company is full of them, basically I left pissed and drove to another location where I was greeted at the door and treated like a valuable customer and reprinted the receipt and exchanged the ONE color I had. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone they are horrid, and I called to place a complaint and still no response, go figure. Go to the bell location.
