SAM Auctions

I have always come out on the short end of the stick with this company. Remember the stuff you bid on has been picked over long before you see it. The good stuff goes to their store. They play games in bidding. On line bidders see different prices then people there. Auction guy will combine lots and confuse on line bidding. Most items have problems and the description of the item is too vague on purpose. You might buy a nice single door refer with all the racks only to find out the racks are not there when you pick up. The girl that runs the Mara Loma location has to be a relative. Her customer service skills let alone sense of humor is in the tolet. When confronted with this she will and did pick a fight with me. Over all I have been a customer of these guys for a while and because of my experience there with her I will shy away. it will have to be something I really want. By the way I sell used equipment and buy regularly I know what I’am talking about. never buy on line with these guys and not walk the floor with a extension cord if they will let you. more then likely not.
