We hired David to paint the interior 1^st floor of our house in December 2015. We had never used his services before, but he came recommended by a local painting supply store. David showed up to provide the estimate when promised and on time. He was very professional and provided a fair estimate for the work to be done. We hired him to do the work and found he was very punctual, reliable, detail-oriented and honest. He did an outstanding job and charged us a fair price. Without reservation, I would highly recommend Seneca Painting. We will definitely use David’s services again.

I manage a small (10 unit) apartment complex near Central Ave & Osborn. The place needed painting and I had no painting contractor in my list of preferred vendors.
I was referred to David O’Hearn by another REALTOR. I called Dave for a bid; I also called five other painting contractors at random. Of the 5, Dave responded right away and the others called back over the next 4 days. Ultimately I received 3 bids.
The bid from Dave was slightly less than the other two. It’s not always about the bid amount though. The clincher was after meeting with him at the property, I was impressed to the point that I recommended to the owner that we move forward with Seneca Painting.
The job was completed, along with some unanticipated repairs to the foundation walls, on time with no complaints from the tenants (Yay!!) and it looks great!
Now he’s the only painting contractor on my list.
He should be on YOUR list too.

I always think of painting as something I can do myself, which it is. I think, If I do it myself I’ll save some money and it will look as good as if I had hired someone. When I paint the interior, that’s probably true, but it ALWAYS takes me longer. And well the exterior, it’s a whole different ballgame. I got David’s name from another contractor I was using and David was great. He came out right away, gave me a very fair estimate and in the end, the exterior of my house looked wonderful and I was finally ready to put on the market.
Before your think about doing the job yourself, give Seneca Painting a call, and see if he can save you time, hassle and money.

David O’Hearn recently completed an interior paint job for one of my investment properties. He did an outstanding job at a fair price.
