Servicemaster Restore

We had a great experience with Mike and his team of tech’s at ServiceMaster by Disaster Professionals. After a water incursion, they cleaned up and showed us how and where the water had come from, what we needed to do about it, and even looked around at the rest of our place for other problems. We are slowly getting cleaned up after what could have been much worse. Thank you to the pro’s.

Freeze in Phoenix = Disaster! But that doesn’t mean it has to be HE**!
My mom had a freeze break in a pipe in her ceiling (so you can imagine total collapse of ceiling w water flooding all night-​luckily she wasn’t home).
I called a couple of companies and this company was immediately helpful and responsive to my needs of the urgency of the problem. The office staff from Debbie to even the billing dept, Melissa, have been prompt, helpful, courteous, willing to go the extra mile of helping me and my mom to not feel so overwhelmed by getting the house cleaned out w/​minimal stress as possible. Also, they worked closely with our insurance company to make it as seamless as well.
Dry-​out crew was fantastic especially Chuck: my mom is older w/​a Korean accent who sometimes, in times of high stress, can go into an anxiety elevated high blood pressure mode (gotta love her-​breathe mom). Chuck was personable, kind, professional and you truly felt like he listened to her concerns and cared which made the catastrophe much easier for her to handle. She felt respected and knew her house was in good and reputable hands. Chuck was absolutely extraordinary in going beyond extra customer service with a friendly smile. Thank you, Chuck. Plus, you’re my mom’s favorite!
The pack-​out crew is unfinished since now the house needs to be fixed before the pack-​in of her belongings. So far, most of the crew have been great except for an occasional not-​as-​friendly employee during the pack-​out process.
So far, so good. Will come back to update when it is all done.
Update: some of my mom’s personal belongings were missing & we were given some things from someone else’s home. Also, promises were not kept or misleading; especially, from one of the crew members (the bulk of the company in my previous review were wonderful & may only be the reflection of certain individuals who may or may not be currently employed by them any longer). Insurance wouldn’t cover some of the items since they blamed the improper storage with the mold.
