ServPro of Paradise Valley is great to work with. They are professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and honest. Their pricing is very fair. After getting three quotes from various companies, I knew Josh and his ServPro team were the best choice. They did a thorough inspection and explained the complete process for cleaning up our water damage. It is worth noting that there are other ServPro companies in the area and they are independently owned and operated. ServPro of Paradise Valley is who I would recommend.

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life. I had a horrible migraine which caused me to vomit in the bathroom. I cleaned as well as I could, but the walls were still dirty and I could tell that it was not clean. This morning I called ServPro of Paradise Valley and they came out a couple of hours later. They are professional and did the job for the estimate given by phone. Importantly, they cleaned using an environmentally friendly product used in hospitals and it looks and smells clean. They did a great job and were quite efficient. I highly recommend this company without reservation and would use them again without giving it a second thought.

If you’re in need of cleanup and/​or restoration services I highly recommend Josh and his team at SERVPRO. Customer service, professionalism, friendliness and patience with an extremely panicked customer with overflowing sewage… doesn’t get any better than Josh! Thank you for all your hard work, coming late in the afternoon in my immediate time of need and explaining each step along the way! AND for putting up with my house full of yapping Chihuahuas!
