As a Real Estate agent, it’s essential for me that my clients are well satisfied! This starts at the beginning of the home buying process, all the way to the end — goes for lender, title agent, contractor referrals, and MOST importantly … the inspector that I recommend! Joel is head and shoulders above most of the inspectors out there! What could be more important than knowing the product you are buying, especially for the most expensive purchase in your lifetime? Joel spends on average 4 hours inspecting a home and when you meet him at the end you can see by the sweat on his brow and dirt on his hands that he has been on the roof, been in the crawl spaces, been in the attic — yes even in the dead of summer. Joel’s work ethic and thoroughness are second to none!

We have used multiple inspectors in our Phoenix home-​buying process, and Joel is the best. He was extremely thorough, had an efficient system for printing the detailed report (including photos) on-​site, provided a cd with extensive information to help us understand the report, and also made himself readily available for questions before and after the inspection. He caught many things nobody else would have, saving us a ton of surprise repairs later, some of which would have been a big issue. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and just the kind of person who inspires confidence because he’s clearly had a ton of experience and knows what he’s doing. If he’s available, hire him!

This has been the worst company ever to do business with, we received a nasty email from Joel for canceling on an inspection using vulgar language not professional at ALL. This is an investment that should be taken seriously its not about your income!
