I’ve recommended Silvercar to all my co-​workers before even trying it myself. Based on their raved reviews, I finally gave it a shot.
They typically do a great first-​time deal (it’s like $ 50 off your first rental). I ended up paying $ 160 for a two day rental, and a full tank of gas (that they ended up pumping for market price plus a $ 5 fee).
The entire check in process is sleek. Simply pull up their app and text them once you get onto the shuttle bus (this is flying in to PHX). Within seconds, you’ll get a confirmation that a Silver Audi is on the way to pick you up.
Their app is quite impressive as it gives you a detailed walk-​through on what you need to do. As soon as I arrived to the rental car location, a silver Audi was parked and waiting to pick me up.
During the short trip driven by one of their agents to their location they address any questions you might have about the car and give you the run around. The guy mentioned that they typically do it at the rental car location, but since they were short staffed, he was able to do it while driving.
Get to the location, scan your car, agree to some contracts, and you’re set to go.
The cars are washed and vacuumed before every rental and are extremely well taken care of.
Plus you get Wifi, Navigation, and Sirius Radio during the length of your rental. I never thought that Wifi in a car would be practical, sure enough, it came in handy when a document needed to be emailed out before noon.
Overall, definitely rent your next car through here. I think you’ll be just as delighted with the process and overall value of driving an Audi A4 as a rental.

THE BEST RENTAL CAR EXPERIENCE. PERIOD.
I’ve been wanting to try Silvercar since they started up, but haven’t had the opportunity until today in PHX. The booking process is really slick (just need to set up your account with DL, credit card, insurance info once and you’re set.)
Think of Silvercar as the Über of car rental. Modern, slick, and you always know what you’re getting. I got an A4 Quattro which looked, felt and smelled brand new. The whole pickup experience is very seamless — just follow the very easy instructions in your reservation on the app. When you drop off they take you right back to the airport — no rental shuttle bus — quick and easy!
I really hope this brand is successful and expands to more cities, and from my experience today, there is no reason they won’t. Keep up the great work guys!

Well, the car was fine, service ok, but just so you know the «transparent» charges WOW! What started out at around $ 50 ended up right at $ 100 a day. The bill looked like something from a hospital, $ 15 for this, $ 8 for that, faculties charges etc etc

Used, silver car in Phoenix for the first time. It was awesome. Had to go to rental car location, then was transported to their facility. This was fast compared to standing in line to get an unknown car. We knew we would get an Audi A4. The App is straight forward check in and check out takes all of 10 mins. We plan to use this company from now on. The staff in Phoenix were friendly and helpful great customer service. Thank you.

The best rental car experience, period. Everything was so seamless and smooth, from the time I arrived at the rental car facility where I was picked up, to being dropped back off at the terminal at the end of the rental period. I was literally in and out (after arriving at Silvercar) in less than 5 mins. No long winded stories about how something might happen and I should purchase insurance and this and that. blah blah blah. It was simply scan the QR code on the windshield of the Audi A4, check the 3 boxes indicating: decline insurance coverage, no physical damage to the car, and agree to terms and conditions. And you’re off. Easy as that. The app was so easy to navigate and use; it also had very clear instructions on what to do when arriving at the airport.
The car was an absolute joy to drive around. It made for the perfect vehicle to take on a roadtrip up to Sedona — very comfortable and plenty of power. The navigation was also very useful (although there is a slight learning curve).
I’ve rented many, many cars in my time, and this is probably the only time where I came out happier at the end of my rental than before. The employees were friendly and helpful, and I really liked how everything is handled. I cannot wait to visit the other cities where Silvercar is operating out of, as they have made me a believer and a now-​loyal customer.

We rented a Silvercar during the Christmas break and the experience was great. No lines, no hidden fees, no sales pitch for insurance. A friendly staff picked us up at the rental center and we were in the car on the road within minutes. It was a much better car rental process and experience comparing with the other car rental options that we’ve used in the past. Would highly recommend!!!

My Silvercar experience was great. The best part about being picked up at the rental center was getting to avoid the masses on the bus. I was on the road quickly and with a great set of wheels.

I stumbled across silvercar when I was looking for rental for the pro bowl. All the other rental car companies were charging outlandish prices for an economy car. I saw that silvercar were renting Audi A4 for an almost unbelievable price. So took a chance and reserved a car not expecting much at $ 59 a day for such a premium car. But oh my was I in for a suprise. OUTSTANDING service. I didn’t have to fill out any paperwork. Everything was done through their app. When we made it to the rental center Eric was waiting on us. He was amazing as well. Please look them up before you go with any other company.

The best rental car experience I have ever had. I travel very frequently and use a variety of other rental car services. When I have my choice I will always use this service. Silvercar raises the bar for the rental car business by doing the things they forgot about a long time ago. Instead of trying to convince people that subcompact is a full size car, they give the customer what they want, a great car at a fair price, great service and employees that are willing to go the extra mile. My only regret is that there are not more locations where Silvercar is offered. The next time I am in Phoenix, I will definitely rent from them again.

Bar none, the best rental experience I have ever had. Great staff, quality car with every option you could hope for at a decent price. Didn’t feel like a rental, felt like I was driving my car or a buddies. EXPAND TO MORE CITIES!

This location is terrible, they make you take the shuttle to the car rental center and then pick you up in a car to take you to their location same process on return with bags going into a second car again and then dropping us at the far end of the rental car center to manage your bags again on the shuttle. This is TERRIBLE SERVICE and much worse than just using Hertz gold service. On top of it the employees were not professional and didn’t seem to care that we were unhappy with this poor service. This location will fail unless they turn it around. They have lost me as a customer and if they don’t fix will not make it as a business!!!

Amazing service! From the moment I reserved the vehicle online to the moment I dropped the car off I had nothing but 5 star service!
Website was easy to use, as well as the app (I used the Iphone app). When I reserved the car on the Silvercar website I was given their summer web deal, but once I downloaded their app I was given an even better deal, as first time renter. I brought this up to the guys at the lot and they were able to grant me the better deal with no hassle.
Vehicle– The Audi A4 handles like a dream and has every feature you could ask for, and more!
Always great to see a startup with a customer focused business model!
Will definitely be a repeat customer.
Also on a side note, I left my truck in their lot during my trip and came back to find my vehicle right where I left with no dings or dents.
