David impressed me with his knowledge of diverse contracting situations right off the bat. My expectations were high though, due to the fact that Silverton had been highly recommended to me by a personal acquaintance who is employed by a major insurance carrier. We met at the property early in the a.m. and David spent a good hour discussing the various options with me. He thoroughly explained each process and seemed to have a genuine concern for what was going to work best for ME and the time constraints I was under. Never did I feel as though I was being pressured into a «sale”(for lack of a better word). Our agreed upon price is exactly what my final invoice amount was — no hidden fees or charges. Thank you, David, for everything! I would definitely recommend this contractor to anyone looking.
