A very seedy place inhabited by undesirables. They run ads in the Phoenix New Times of weekly and monthly rentals proclaiming no lease required. However, it is bait and switch, as you have to sign an «agreement» for 12 months. They will tell you that it’s not a lease, but that it’s an «agreement.» They must think people are stupid. Place is on it’s last legs and will be torn down like the other flop houses on Van Buren.
