Smile Today

I give 2 stars, but my experience was awful. I went in for a routine cleaning and had the best experience ever. I had a great cleaning, staff was awesome. Went in later to do my fillings, and that’s where it went south. My filling session was awful. Dr. Myers was pulling so hard on the left side of my mouth I had no idea what was going on. It was uncomfortable and the more he struggled the more I got nervous. Few months after, my tooth with the filling started to get sensitive to cold. Odd. I go in and don’t even see my OWN doctor, but someone else who tells me, the filling is perfect, teeth just become sensitive, sorry. My family has also had the worst experience and refuse to go back.
Thankfully I found a new doctor, and got a second opinion. Down side is ALL those fillings that were done at smile today, have to be redone because they are half way completed.

I am a new patient at Smile Today. I went in just for a routine cleaning. The ladies up front are extremely friendly. My hygienist was Jesse and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was so nice and he explained any questions I had. He was also gentle, which to me is crucial because a lot of hygienists are so rough and don’t seem to care if they hurt you. I really appreciated Jesse. Dr. Myers was awesome as well. He’s very friendly and doesn’t try to make up things you may need done just to make a buck. He’s honest. I needed a filling and he showed me on the X-​Ray what he was talking about. Love this office!

This office was Luftman DDS, now it’s Smile Today! I like the new management, or company, or whatever it is. The dental hygienists are very nice! They are all friendly and make good conversation while cleaning (that’s my favorite part, trying to chat with dental tools in my mouth.). I also think I learn a lot from them. They usually give me good tips about cleaning, etc while I’m at my check-​ups. I like that they ask a lot of questions to check on my health – sometimes doctors don’t do that. Oh, and they have goody bags at the end of your appointment. Score!
I would recommend my dentist to anyone!
