Scheduling appointment was extremely easy, on the day of the appointment I got a call that technician is on the way. We had a problem with the icemaker, tech identified the problem in few minutes, had a part with him and replaced it within 15 minutes. Reasonable price, excellent service. Very satisfied

the glendale address will take you to dillard’s…
do not let them in your house. they threatened to ‘blow my head off’ with enough serious intent that i had to file a restraining order of protection.

Very fast service to my home.
Honest and fair, quick to do the repair. Answered all my questions, and even talked to my husband on my cellphone to dial in what was going wrong.
90 day warranty on all repairs! Sold!
Could have done without the lecture on buying from Craigslist, but $ 1500 frig for $ 200, and $ 200 repair, so I’m still on top. Honest and dependable… that’s what this industry might lack at times, and these guys stand behind the work they do. Will be using them again, for sure.
