This is my first time at this hospital, but right now at this very moment a friend and myself witnessed they most unprofessional thing right now.
A lady comes in and says my husband has been in a car accident and they lady says okay go get yourself a wheelchair and wheel him in. She then said I can’t get him out so they didn’t send any male nurses to help and we didn’t want to get him due to the fact we aren’t professionals and didn’t want hurt him more. So the lazy security comes out removes the wheelchair brings another one that doesn’t do anything. Not to mention security doesn’t ask what’s wrong with him at all, after the wife explains he was in a car accident and then says «oh let me go get him some professional help» his wife starts saying HELLO THATS WHAT I SAID IN THE BEGINNING HE WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT!“
The most unprofessional thing I’ve witnessed at any hospital and I def wouldn’t come here if there was a serious emergency so you can get you own wheelchair and lord knows what else. Truly disgusted

I went in around two months ago for a strep throat infection I had gone to an urgent care for antibiotics but after 4 days of taking them and my symptoms worsening I needed to see another doctor for antibiotics that would work against the bacteria. So I went in having my mother drive me. I waited quite a bit about 2 hours while no one seemed to be in there besides one or two other families. Everyone was nice but the doctor seemed to have no idea what he was doing.
I started with giving him my history. I told him that I have problems with fighting infection due to autoimmune and a medication I was on called a «biologic». Many people take them and not a single doctor I have met does not know what they are. But when I told him, the doctor said «I don’t know what that is.» So I explained my medication to him. And he remarked about my tattoo. I have one on my ankle that I have had for a couple of years now. His attitude changed. He took blood tests and of course it turned up again that it was nothing but strep throat.
*And instead of giving me treatment of any kind he sent me home without antibiotics or pain medicine Instead he told me «Sometimes it takes up to two weeks for antibiotics to kick in.» *
I was able to go the next day to a different hospital when I couldn’t swallow and had to get IV antibiotics and they sent me home with a ten day supply and pain medication. I also had to have another round after because even those did not clear up the infection.
Being someone who has been consistently sick through my childhood, and now into adulthood. Someone who has fought with infection after infection and hospitalized and dealing with doctors on an almost weekly basis I was less than impressed. So I guess don’t let them see your tattoos.

Evening of 5÷25÷15. BEST ER SERVICE EVER. Immediate service. Smiling face at the front desk lets you get help first before asking for your insurance. The staff comes to your room when the timing is right, very quickly fills out your insurance info on a portable computer screen for you, and all you have to do is sign! Zero paper work for you! Great location right off of the exit. Everything is clean and new of course, so that was a bonus. Every single staff member was kind and knowledgable. I had no doubt that the Dr. knew what she was talking about when she gave her report to us as to what she thought after reading my child’s X-​ray. I must mention here that our reason for going was a «better safe than sorry» situation; I was somewhat hesitant to go in the first place, but relieved afterward. They were understanding and did not make us feel like we were overreacting. Thank you Sonoran Health Emergency Center! Best hospital service ever!

This is the new John C Lincoln ER located right off the I-​17 at Dove Valley, so don’t get confused about the name.
We had an AMAZING experience here in the ER today. I’m never happy about taking my son to the ER, but couldn’t believe how fast he was seen and how seamless everything was.
We came in on a Saturday morning, and while we were checking in, someone came out to take us back. My son’s illness wasn’t life threatening, and still we were seen right away with no wait. We had a nurse and a doctor see him within 15 minutes of arriving! Everyone was so nice and professional. The radiologist came within minutes and my son got his x-​ray immediately.
I have seen my fair share of ER’s in my lifetime, and have never had an experience like this one before. It’s even better than Mendy’s place!
