The absolute worst«customer service»(if you can even call it that) I have ever received in my life. The general manager is never available to speak with, and has no set hours. The only person you’ll speak with is a sales coordinator who is a disrespectful, arrogant, snarky guy who should not have a job. Trying to receive a refund from this place, and not one single person has answers, or even seems to care to help the process along. Avoid this place at all costs!

My experience with Sonoran Suites was wonderful. The staff was helpful and did all they could to accomidate my needs. The location was also perfect and the pool was very fun for my family. Will be using them again.

Sonoran Suites is relatively close to my home and since I don’t have enough room for guests I frequently put them there. Over a 10 year period we’ve probably booked 30 – 45 nights at Sonoran Suites. The rooms have always been clean, in great repair and service has always been prompt and pleasant. The rates have been very competitive especially for the amount of extra space and amenities you get.

You are smack dab in the middle of a residential apartment complex. Secondly, there seems to be a disconnect between the Property Management and the Sonoran Suites Co. We were kicked out of the pool area… told it was for residents only. The AC didn’t work while we were there… we called multiple times before and AFTER the offices closed. No help from the staff. We gave up and had to leave… I called the next morning and was promised a refund… I never received that refund and when I inquired after a couple months, they said they reviewed my request and changed there mind. I travel for a living and stay at all types of condos, suites, resorts ect. and have never been treated with such disregard as here. The rooms are nice and clean but the customer service is not. It costs $ 50 to get internet in your room, no big deal but it took them 2 days to install it then it didn’t work. Since they only take calls before 6pm, I couldn’t contact them until the next day. By the time it was fixed, my stay was over and they refused to credit the $ 50. Oh ya the phone never worked the entire stay either. Luckily i never need to call 911.
