You have to know which machines and dryers actually work to get the most out of your laundry experience and/or to actually have clean laundry. This establishment is frequented by the homeless and I’ve even once seen a bum fight just outside which resulted in a blood pool just outside the door and a subsequent bloody footstep trail into the laundromat(GROSS). There are sometimes workers in there cleaning. There is an older helpful woman who lets me know which machines work and which don’t(she only speaks spanish btw) and another man who is there sometimes to «fix» machines which innevitably go back to being broken soon after. There are always puddles of water everywhere from leaking machines. There is no a/c so it’s always hot and sticky in there. The biggest positive for me is that they only play novelas on the TVs and if you are there while they are cleaning, they turn on the sound. If I didn’t live a couple doors down from this place I wouldn’t use it at all, but it’s the only laundromat centrally located downtown.
