This place is a total nightmare. NEVER do any kind of business with them. Once you are on their list they will NEVER stop calling you even after you have yelled at them 10 times. I have made an FCC complaint against them for refusing to stop calling. If you have had the same problem go to

Due to the holidays my order was slightly delayed.
I’m paying COD and look forward to receiving these pens to hand out in the new year rather than over the holiday event season

Starting a conversation off with «I’m the guy with the pens, magnets and bad jokes» while I’m in the middle of a workday does not make me want to finish the conversation.
I was given one price for 150 pens then when I asked for a website and was given ‘spec​graph​.com’ to look at while I was talking to the salesguy, the price all of a sudden dropped. Then when I asked why I couldn’t order directly from the website the salesguy said «Can you keep a secret? If so, I can drop the price even more just for you just don’t tell anyone else…» He then said «I have more bad jokes for you!» and I hung up.
Seriously. I’m at work and don’t need this. Just give me a website so I can look at things in my own time. I’m not about to drop $ 200+ and give credit card info to some stranger on the phone because he tells bad jokes.
The only reason I picked up the phone was because a local number showed, not an Arizona number or an 800 number. I HATE when companies do that.

Like a few others have said, these guys keep calling me, even after I tell them to take me off their call list. They will call, hang up when I say hello, then I call back and find out who it is. Why would I ever want to do business with a company like this?

I asked them not to call me and they consistently do. Their products are junk and I have bought many– I will never do business with them again. I told the new rep never to call and he would not take no for an answer. They are the worst company DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM or they will never leave you alone.

Horrible, horrible, horrible, high pressure sales calls on a regular basis. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company unless you want a lifetime of harassment from them. I just got off the phone with Jim, who wouldn’t take NO for an answer. I told him «no» 11 times and he still kept me on the phone. I hate to be rude to people, but I seemed to not have an option.
I have bought products from this company in the past, and the products were decent, but I can’t and won’t buy every item they call me about that is «left over from their trade show». At this point, I will never buy from this company again, because the phone calls from Jim have gotten so irritating, unpleasant, and unprofessional.
Oh, by the way, he told me that if I requested to be removed from their call list, that the company would just have someone else call me.
Think twice before doing business with this company.

I got a call from these guys for the first time yesterday while I was on the road. After reading all the reviews on Unilocal,I am confident I am writing about the same company — Specialty Graphics as they introduced themselves as I was told on the phone, NOT Stellar Graphix as they are trying to claim.
Yes, hard sales techniques and won’t take no for an answer. I asked them to provide me with their website or send me a photo of the pens they were selling before I would make a decision. Dash (or Cash) just kept dropping the price or adding more to the quantity. He started at $ 269 for 100 pens, and came down to $ 239 for 150 pens until I hung up.
Got another call 6 hours later from the same phone number so that matches up with what everyone else is reporting about this company.
I’m glad I didn’t place an order and that my phone has a «reject» list that I can add their phone number to.

Poor business practices should be included as «firsthand customer experience». It was still an interaction I had with this business. Unilocal deleted my first review due to «lack of firsthand customer experience» but I would like to point out that my «firsthand customer experience» with this business was extremely poor; so poor that I am writing ANOTHER review! They called multiple times seeking purchases for promotional products and when we asked to be removed from the call list we were treated like idiots by «Richard» or hung up on REPEATEDLY. We haven’t received anymore calls from them after talking to «Jessie». Even if I didn’t make a purchase, my review should be considered to warn other potential consumers for poor service which happens all the time when I read other reviews.

Specialy Graphics calls with some frequency (at least once a quarter) to hawk customized pens, coffee mugs, keychains, etc — the kind of items you’d give out at trade shows or to customers.
They can be aggressive, but also rather friendly, and I have bought some pens and flash drives from them with my business name engraved on them. Every order has arrived as promised and they charged only what they said they would charge. I have have found the service useful.
They now use Caller ID, so you can ignore them if you don’t want to take the call.

I received a call from 602−384−2918. The person (Patrick) talked fast to the point I can barely understand him. When I told him I was not interested, he asked if my doors were still open in an obnoxious manner. I first called the company and briefly explained I wanted to talk to the sales manager about a less than pleasant call and they wanted to send me to the sales manager. I said that either they give me to the sales manager or the president or I would contact the BBB. I spoke to the sales manager for this business at the Phoenix location and spoke to Arnold who is supposed to be the sales manager. I gave him the name Patrick who called me and he said they have 400 sales people. He wanted to know the caller id which was on my cell phone and I honestly was not about to hang up and look it up. He said I could do that or he could end the call. Seriously? I ended the call and am sharing the experience here. I will also post on Unilocal and contact the FTC to share this companies business practices. There is no need to be talking to potential customers like that.
Why is this company still in business. The reviews are terrible. I would be embarrassed to work for this company.

It doesn’t seem that this company cares, but I am going to reiterate what others have said in an effort to make sure this company goes out of business. I own a small business in Phoenix and have no staff, so every minute that I spend on the phone with a telemarketer takes away from my time to conduct my own business. This company has continued to call me non-​stop for at least the past year. I’ve tried being polite and respectful, I’ve gotten more aggresive in my response, but they don’t seem to care. They will not stop calling me. I have threatened to file a complaint with the Attorney General’s office, but they insist on continuing to call. Please, for the love of all that is right in this world, do not due business with this company!

I also have the same response to this company. Made the mistake over 2 years ago, of getting samples from them (which were absolute garbage), and have been on their call list ever since (literally they call every 6 weeks or so). It’s so bad, I practically have their sales speech memorized — «Hey, I don’t know if you remember me, but I’m the guys with the pens & magnets, and the bad jokes…»
I ALWAYS tell them to remove my name from their list, reminding them that I’ve requested it before, and they either hang up, or argue that I’ve never requested it.
This time, I CALLED THEM and talked to a supervisor, and gave my number to him to be removed (which he said he would). Time will tell…

Rude sales rep tried to shout me down as I asked them to take me off their call list. I would NEVER do business with them given this behavior.

Rude obnoxious sales calls and despite my demands that they remove me from their call list, they continue to call. Complete jerks. Do not give them any business!

I do not know how this place stays in business. They have the rudest staff I have ever experienced. Very pushy and and go over my head by calling my boss on his cell phone, which they have been instructed not to do.
Whomever owns this place should be ashamed for running a business like this. Only putting one star because I can’t put zero.

I keep on getting obnoxious rude calls from this company even though my phone numbers are on the do not call list and I’ve asked them time and time again to remove my phone number from their call list. What’s really bad now is that they’ve disabled their caller ID so their call comes in from an unknown phone number. If there was such a thing as a ZERO star rating, I would use it.
