I was seen by Dr. Jeffy as a new patient and she was such a nice and caring doctor. The office is very bright and beautiful and the check in process was quick and easy. I did not care for the doctor’s assistant at all (elder lady with blonde hair, can’t remember her name). She was very rude and ruined the entire experience for me. I have a service animal (that I brought with me to my appointment) and as soon as she laid eyes on her the assistant’s attitude and demeanor became very «irritated». I loved seeing Dr. Jeffy but I would not recommend the office because of the doctor’s assistant.

My visit to Spectrum Dermatology’s N. Tatum location was very satisfying. The 2 young women at the front desk were very pleasant, helpful and professional. The check in was very easy and I was made to feel welcome, comfortable and «at ease». My appointment with Dr. Jeffy and her P.A., Dijana was «top notch» as well. They were both extremely professional. My many questions were answered thoroughly and I was not made to feel rushed. I felt very comfortable during the exam due to their professional demeanor. I also want to comment on the office «ambiance». It was very relaxing due to the beautiful furnishings and tranquil music. I highly recommend Spectrum Dermatology.

Not a big fan. I find that Dr. Thosani and her assistant were very unprofessional. The assistant was making baskets with their rubber gloves, using inappropriate language and I was not impressed. I also didn’t appreciate being half naked with little respect for covering me and providing privacy during my skin screening. Lastly, Dr. Thosani didn’t seem to take a real interest in what I was trying to say. I will not return.

This office is the worst when it comes to double and triple booking. I used to go to the Shea office which was a little better.
I’ve since been to this location 3 times in 3 months and each time I wait AN HOUR past my appt time! I understand they get ppl who late cancel but this type of business only works to their favor. I take off work and lose money waiting and waiting. If you come here be prepared to wait!
On a more positive note… the doctors give you the time needed while in the rooms. Didn’t feel rushed which is nice after the wait. Also, the doctors are very knowledgeable and feel confident with what they diagnose.
