I’ve gone a few times since they opened and went last week when I was in a pinch and my regular nail salon was too busy. The place is super clean and the staff is very nice! I’m not sure the name of the gentleman who did my nails, but he was very fast! And it’s at such a good price too! $ 25 for a gel manicure that lasts! I will definitely go back!

Did an excellent job. Got my nails done for prom. I brought in a picture and the did exactly what I asked! Wonderful customer service and very clean. It is also such a convenient location since its right up the street from the high school! It was a little more expensive than ny previous nail salon but it was worth it.

Super friendly, very clean, and amazing artwork on my toes. Only thing I would have changed was the opportunity to choose what type of pedicure I wanted. I usually splurge for the«mid-range upgrade packages» when I go, but I was never asked. The place a used to go to always asked as you were sitting so you could look over their price sheets. I just need to remember to ask beforehand what their options are. No worries Update: Have come back several times, once picking their ultimate pedicure package and once picking the middle-range option. Both were amazing and totally worth it. This is my go-to place from now on! Can’t beat the customer service and talent!

They do a good job! Everyone is very friendly. The massage that comes with the pedicure is definitely not the best and thats why i wouldn’t give them 5 stars. however they are very nice and do a good job!

I love the staff(super friendly and genuinely interested in their clients), very clean, comfortable salon. The prices are on par with other businesses I’ve been to. Just a heads up, though – they can get really busy, so if you don’t have some time to kill, it’s best to call ahead(even if it’s only 30 minutes notice) and book an appointment.

My favorite nail salon! Most importantly, they are so friendly here and really listen to what you want. I’ve never left disappointed and will only come here. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Spectrum Nails is clean, friendly, and moderately priced. They do an excellent job on my pedicures and gel manicures. I switched to them after a disastrous brow waxing at another salon left me with scabs for eyebrows. Here, they are gentle and always do an excellent job. Spectrum is also a great place for couples pampering, as there are a couple of male technicians and you’ll likely find a football game on in the fall.

This has been my favorite salon for years. I love the glitter options and most of the staff is amazing, until today. Since it was Mother’s Day, I made an appointment. My nails were done quickly and beautifully, but my pedicure was a disaster. I told the manicurist right when I walked in that I had stick on acrylic toenails, and he said that was fine. After my manicure, I sat in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes before anyone came over to do my pedicure. When the lady came up, I told her 3 times that I wanted the acrylics removed. She did not understand what I was saying and 3 technicians had to come look at my toes to decide what to do. I told then they only need to soak in nail polish remover for a few minutes, and ended up with foil wraps for another 30 minutes. By the time a new manicurist came over to do my toes, the acrylics had loosened and re-dried. He literally scraped them off of my toes! THEN, when the pedicure finally began after an hour of waiting, the man asked if I wanted my nails cut. They were pretty short and I wanted to grow out my big tow so it could eventually be square, so I said no. That was fine for one foot, but then he cut every nail on my second foot! It’s uneven as hell. I live out of town, so I rarely come to get my nails done. The man who did my pedicure looked young and I’d never seen him before, so maybe he was new or just there to help with the mother’s day rush, either way he should not have been working. I felt bad leaving a small tip, because my manicurist was great, but over 2 and a half hours for a manicure and spotty pedicure is insane.

Clean salon, and I say this because it is so important. They are friendly, family owned and operated, and accommodating to their customers. The interior is beautiful, clean, great work. They don’t talk about you here either. I really love this place.

I truly like every person that works at spectrum. They are all kind and friendly and do an excellent job with my nails, no matter how complicated or silly my requests are. The prices also can’t be beat!

I went and had a fill done a couple days ago. While I was very happy with the outcome of my fill when all was said and done, there were a few problems. First was that I was highly unimpressed with the level of customer service. I told the man doing my fill that I had had a new set put on my last visit. Regardless, he insisted that he remove one of my nails. I spent the next 10 minutes in pain while he pried the nail off all the time muttering under his breath how hard the nail was to take off. Well, no kidding. I just told you it was a new tip. Needless to say, he was rather unpleasant during my visit but my nails do look great now. Also, I brought my 6 year old for a pedicure. While she enjoyed it and her nails look pretty, the lady took the cheese grater thing to her little feet. So when I got home the bottoms of her feet were peeling and all scrapped up. Who gets that aggressive with soft little girl feet? I’m not sure I’ll be back. But I know most certainly, if I do, I won’t be bringing my little girl.

Friendly, kind, clean salon! I go here all the time and visit Trish and Tiffany. Customers are treated like family. Better make an appointment because they are always busy.

So I had changed to Spectrum Nails for two reasons, one partly because my old shop was always so busy it would take too long. Second was the price at Spectrum Nails was better. Well sometimes you get what you pay for… my daughter and I both ended up with in grown toe nails and the pedicure and manicure weren’t up to quality I am used to. I’ve gone back to my original place.

My Mom and my sisters get their nails done at Spectrum regularly. They’re always rocking some serious nail art and I wanted in on the action! A few weeks later, my family hooked me up with a birthday gift certificate. Dude had a rare Sunday off work, so we ventured out to Ahwatukee for some couple’s pampering after a weekend of Spring Training games. Clean, modern nail spa as you will see from the pictures added to this business. Standard pedicure massage chairs with whirlpools, and a gorgeous granite nail bar. Sterilization seemed above the standard in comparison to similar neighborhood salons. Processing the whirlpools with a solution in between clients, autoclaving every set of instruments for every client, Barbacide in plain sight. Wide selection of your basic nail polish and scores of gel colors, crazy glitter included. Tiffany and her husband(forgot his name) took great care of us! What’s crazy is I recognized him from Miracle Nails from over 10 years ago in High School. Like Courtney C. said in her review; he’s here now! Dude got a Classic Pedicure with added callus remover($ 25 pre-gratuity). Good thing too; his feet become weapons in between those 2 – 4 pedicures a year! Left the salon baby smooth. Me? A Classic Pedicure with sugar scrub, and a Gel Manicure, both with chevron and glitter nail art(total, $ 61 pre-gratuity). Beautiful minty green color for Saint Patty’s Day. Check out the pictures! Again, Tiffany, Hanna and the entire staff made us feel right at home. Had some great conversations, too! We didn’t feel like anyone was rushing to get the next client in the chair. Will we come back? Yes, when our regular nail technician at a salon where I get my hair done is unable to get us in. Let’s just say we’re loyal, longtime clients of hers and despite the wonderful experience we had here … Totally felt like we were cheating on her! Yet, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Spectrum to family, friends and Unilocalers alike looking to beautify their hands and feet for a great price!

I have known the owners of this salon since I was in High School… They are the nicest people in the world! They used to work over at Miracle Nails, but now own Spectrum. Its a little difficult to find, but its a beautiful clean salon. They do an awesome job, and have all the gel colors and glitter. Its a super reasonable price for their services, and they have new comfortable pedi chairs. I would definitely check them out if I were you, they treat you like family, and do a great job. Its next to Goodwill in Ahwatukee and where Dance Depot and Barros used to be. They are quick, efficient, and affordable.
