This Starbucks always takes FOREVER to get you your drinks. Especially in the drive thru.

I went through the drive thru expecting it to be fast but it took forever(about 12 minutes) to get my drink and croissant. My order was right but I’m curious to why it took so long. Either the cars in front of me ordered a lot or ordered really complicated orders and kept having them fix it. Who Knows. Otherwise decent Starbucks near school!

Worst Starbucks in AZ. They ask for your name but never call it when your drink is ready. My drink was ready for 5 mins. When I found out it was stting there and she was proud to tell me that it was ready 5 minutes ago. Won’t be coming back, losers!

A decent cup of coffee like all the other stores. Friendly staff and it is always nice to get a consistent cup o’joe. I always get a mocha skinny no whip. I also have the phone app which is an easy way to pay. It was able to get in and out in a short time.

How does this Starbucks always run out of stuff??? There have been times I can’t even get the cup size I want because they’re out of cups??? Go figure!

It’s been a year since moving to the UK and back. I’m finally ready to re-review this Starbucks. Here are the facts: The employees are better now. Not perfect, but my mom and I have had no problems with our drinks in a while since coming back. The drive-thru line is still outrageously long at some times during the day. Early morning and late afternoon are the worst times to wait. So in the end, it has improved quite a bit from the sad state it was in when I left. This location is far from perfect, but it has improved from the 1-star review I gave it previously.

I always have to wait at least 15 minutes whether in the café or the drive through. There is no sense of urgency in this location at all. Very disappointing. The only reason I come to this store is because it’s so close to where I work.

Worst Starbucks ever. I ordered a Valencia orange refresher made with green tea instead of water on my way to work this morning, got the refresher made without water and without green tea, got charged for the tea I didn’t get and I couldn’t even finish the drink. The drink they made me was just straight refresher concentrate it was super acidic, ridiculously sweet and it was by far the worst drink I have ever had at a Starbucks and the longest wait I’ve ever had to endure at a drive-thru. I will NEVER be going to this Starbucks again.

We messed up and did not give the app for the free drink, so they credit our free on the app and let us keep the free drink for next time! That is customer service when we messed up!

I ordered a grande iced Americano and I waited 8 minutes for my drink inside the store! I know an expression shot over ice doesn’t take more than 2 minutes to be completed. Slowest Starbucks around. Long lines out the door and drive thru isn’t any faster. Multiple people are always waiting by the beverage pick up bar grunting with frustration because this Starbucks is so slow. Don’t stop here if you’re in a hurry. You’ll be late! I’ve been here over 5 times and they have not changed my mind at all about service timing.

Worst starbucks. They make the drinks horrible and constantly get the order wrong. Threw out both drinks the otherday because they didnt use soy(dont drink dairy) and the other one was to sweet and had no coffee taste. The employees are no good and cant make drinks. They need to train them right. Lazy careless employees. Waste of money. Would give zero stars.

The third star was only because the coffee is good. The service is terrible here. I’ve been in the drive thru at least twice now and it has taken over 10+ minutes and that was being the 3rd or 4th car in line. I don’t think that’s acceptable for the money it costs. Speed it up and I would be more likely to come back daily.

I have been an avid Starbucks customer for many many years now, and I have traveled to Starbucks locations all across the country on business. As this location is close to where I work, I am forced to frequent it often. It has consistently been slow and the customer service is often as ghetto as the neighborhoods which surround it. This morning, I waited 20 minutes in line and found out that this is the ONLY Starbucks in the country that won’t grind a bag of coffee beans because it is not Starbucks coffee. Well Starbucks, you’ve lost one more customer. I won’t be visiting this location again.

I have been a Gold Member for 3 years and I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations inside and outside of the country. I have experienced different customer service at all locations and this location is just the worst. This specific location seriously has the worst waiting time ever(drive thru)!!! I have been to the busiest Starbucks in the world and they do not take this long. Every time I go here they always seem to mess up my drink in some way or another but I don’t have time to go back and wait in that 15 minute line. If I could I wouldn’t give this location any stars. Today I decided to walk in and not do drive thru, since I always have to wait more than 15 minutes. The lady who helped me was very nice and she was quick to ring me up but all of their employees work so slow and take forever to think about what they need to do.

I go 2 «StarF*cks» once in a blue moon or so 4 an iced caramel macchiatto or during holiday seasonal eggnog chai rel8ed drinks/teas which is probably a good thing cuz let’s face it, as good as certain things may taste ~ most items r’nt good 4 ur health or waistline. I personally suggest nixing on the«CRAP~uccino’s» @ this loc8ion tho, any1 I’ve ever come w/who’s partaken of any were disappointed in the sour bitter after~taste(unless that’s ur preference). SomeXs they come up w/some tasty Veg~head alter8ive items here on their menu like: spinach tomato ciabatta or tomato croissant pastry that tastes almost like pizza, just wish they would offer these type items on a more regular instead of temporary basis. I usually go thru the drive~up window & have only been inside a couple Xs, each of those setting off my claustrophobia as it’s a very confined space here & spills/mishaps r frequent. Can only imagine the mayhem when slammin’/maximum capacity. No thx, keepin’ w/the drive~thru whenever I go even if it moves snail pace during higher influx periods. Besides there’s Sonic tables right next door 2 sit @ away from the chaos, confusion & deafening noise. SB do have some tables outside but they’re very limited &2 close 2 all that hustle/bustle 2 converse. Most Xs all the baristas service is accur8, friendly & accomod8ing tho there have been a couple occasions when inside, I noticed some p8ient patrons getting frustr8ed w8ing 4ever 4 their orders(or lack~there~of) lost perhaps or maybe a new employee in training? I’ve not had a bad experience tho myself in all the occasions I’ve frequented other than not caring 4 the uncomfortable interior @ this locale so I’ll still frequent here, just not very regularly… unless they start offering some healthier & make some Veg options more available, but still a pretty good place!
