Sterling mobile has been a great company to work with. I have spoken with Ramone on several occasions and he has been very helpful. If he didn’t know the answer to one of my questions he would get an answer and get back to me as fast as possible. I have always just brought our equipment to them to save on shipping time and he even will greet me outside the front door. Their service is exceptional and fast. They even beat the prices of any one else we could find for a refurb MC9090. I know that we can trust them when ever we have an issue with one of our scanners or label printers. They work around our busy and demanding schedule and get the job done on time so we can pick them up before we need them again. Thank you for everything.

I contacted Sterling Mobile and talked to Emir about fixing some of our scan guns(Motorola MC9090s). He was able to get them shipped to him and repaired within 3 business days. Once I felt comfortable with their process I was able to buy new units as needed and send any others for repair that we need taken care of. The process is great and we are looking forward to doing business with them again and again. Thanks for the«Sterling» customer service.

I ordered a scan gun from this place a month ago. After asking all the questions I needed to know I personally asked if I ordered one of these scan guns when it would be delivered. The answer was simple, we ship right away and even if we don’t have it in stock it will be delivered within 3 – 5 business days. Well I wait a full week and ask Emir Kurtic for a tracking number for the scan gun that was shipped, his response was we shipped it today you will have it in a couple days. Another week goes by and I ask again for a tracking number, his response was sorry I shipped it on Monday it will be there shortly, I asked for a tracking number again and no response. So after about a month still no scanner gun and he would not call back only email and refused to talk on the phone and his response was I can ship it Monday, now I’m furious, a month later and still no tracking number and I even went through to explain that this is not how business is done and you can’t just keep lying to customers when it’s so obvious that they don’t even have the scan gun in the first place and I ask for the forth time for a tracking number a month later and his exact response was, I am to busy to send out your little scan gun as I am moving $ 300,000 with of scan guns to a bigger conpany and I told my techs to not do it because this is more important right now. Little did he know that I have about 70to 80 scan guns at all my locations and am looking for a new place to buy/fix/sell all of ours on a regular basis and was even going to switch all our stuff over to a newer system /scan gun because our current tech for these guns retired and I just think its so rude to tell someone that your order is not important enough to ship after being lied to three different times with telling me it’s already been shipped. I would definitely stay away from this place by all means, the guy was very rude in his emails because I kept asking where my scan gun was. Wow how rude of me to ask where the scan gun I purchased a month ago is ! I tried to talk to the owner but no luck, will try again and hope he/she reads this so I can send a copy of the emails to them and hopefully they can put someone in that business that can expand there business and stop being rude to customers. look elsewhere and would rate a 0 star if possible.
