This place is awesome and the manager is a great human being. I PCS’d here in July and had to find a storage after hours, they had a kiosk I could rent a space from so I took advantage of it. Unfortunately I was unable to apply a military discount or use the first month for a dollar coupon. I had all but given up in ever getting those deals. Fast forward one month later I went to the office to pay my storage rent, after talking a bit with the manager she found out I was a soldier and gave me a military discount and even called the corporate office to have them approve the month for a dollar discount for me after the fact. That is what I call good customer service, in fact it was going above and beyond the call of service. They will always have my business and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Go to this place, you will not be disappointed.
