Sun Bunny Spray Tanning

Went in for the tan and everything was good, would’ve liked some baby wipes I have seen at other places to wipe off anything in case you didn’t have time to shower but these weren’t available. After my first layer she said ok, now if you want another coat it is $ 5. This has never happened when I have gotten a spray before. They have always sprayed as much as you wanted, in the areas you want. I felt this was a scam, you never go into a spray expecting the minimum and then are asked to pay more to get the desired color you want. I didn’t end up paying extra and will say the color is a lot lighter than I would’ve wished, especially my face which is white compared to the rest of my body.

I went to Sun Bunny and got a full set of eyelash extensions. The service was excellent and quality of lashes fantastic. I have seen other people with lashes that look stiff but these are soft and very natural looking. Will return for future service!!!

I went to Sun Bunny to get a Brazilian wax. The absolute worst wax job I’ve ever had!
She laid the wax on too this and didn’t remove it in strips. It was also the most painful waxing experience I’ve had. I had the service performed under two weeks ago and the re-​growth is crazy and I look like I shaved, bumps and all! In addition, the service wasn’t thorough!
NEVER AGAIN!

I never write a negative review unless I’ve actually been thoroughly disappointed. This is one of those instances. I scheduled an appointment at least a week in advance for a spray tan before an upcoming trip. The day of my appointment I was contacted by them wanting to cancel my appointment because she couldn’t make the appointment time work anymore. No explanation. She tried to reschedule my appointment for an hour earlier than we original agreed to as it was better for her. I hesitantly agreed and then cancelled another appointment at a nail salon so I could accommodate the girl’s schedule. On the way to the appointment she contacted me again saying she couldn’t stay any longer and tried to reschedule the appointment once again: she said she’d reschedule it for 9:45 pm that night. Which is oddly late in itself, but she was then also a no call no show at that time. After I cancelled my nail salon appointment, completely changed my schedule to accommodate their scheduling conflicts, waited all night for the tan, she didn’t even have the courtesy to show up, or even answer my calls after making me show up there so late at night. Now I’m leaving for vacation tomorrow with no nails, hair, or tanning done as I had planned… Because at 9:45 at night it’s too late to find someone else to do it. All to make sure this gal could make it to whatever party (presumably) she had to be at which was more important than sticking to clients she already committed to. Pretty shocked at the complete disregard for anyone else’s time. I know I would never be able to treat a customer in this manner and actually keep them, so I hope they understand that same principal. Because I won’t be going back ever again.

I go to people, not places, and Nadya is the BEST there is! She has given me an amazing custom spray tan and the most fabulous set of lashes. She is always professional and easy to feel comfortable around. Go see her for all of your esthetic needs! I will follow her wherever her career takes her.

Went there to get a spray tan, and my friend got her lashes done. Very happy with the organize tan. My friends lashes look great and natural. Definitely will be going back.

As my first spray tan experience ever, Sun Bunny was the right choice. I was brought back late to my appointment time because the client before me arrived late, but Nadia made sure that I knew I was still valued as their customer.
Nadia was nothing shy of excellent — she educated me about everything I needed to know and made the overall experience very comfortable. I never felt rushed. She picked out a great color for me and I can’t wait to enjoy my bronzed tan. She was extremely professional and made sure I was taken care of from head to toe! Pun intended. I will definitely be back!

I cant believe I am the first person to write a review because My expereince was SO great, I would think other people would want to share. I had a spray tan with Jamie a month or so ago and it was so great. You never know what to expect when visiting a spray tan salon because it can be somewhat awkward.
The facility was the nicest spray tan place I have ever been to. There was an entire private area to get sprayed, not just a little room with a tent. It was very clean. They even use a special airbrush to do the face, feet and hands to make sure your tan is as even as ever! I would highly reccomend this place if your looking for an upscale spray tan!

STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wanted to try out a spray tan to see if I’d like to do it again for an upcoming event, and Sun Bunny was a great place to go! The store is lovely and relaxing and Jamie was extremely patient with my many questions. After I left, I accidentally messed up part of the tan. I called and texted a photo. Not only did they fit me in that same day for a total re-​do… they didn’t charge me to fix my mistake and asked only that I return in the future. Now THAT’s the kind of customer service that breeds customer loyalty and is the best ingredient for success!
