Supercuts

Went in in this evening. The lady cutting my hair either had a plane to catch or was genuinely not interested. Didn’t even let me say a word on what was wrong with the haircut, took the cover off and went and stood at the cash register. Maybe it was just a coincidence or an example of absolutely unsatisfactory service. I don’t care much, just that i have to spend another 20 to get a haircut the way i want but this time wont repeat this mistake.

Walked in, received horrible service so, walked out. What nasty looking stylists. I’ll never return. Try Zara Salon next door. I see Donna now.

Desperate for a haircut I came in about an hour before closing– I double checked to make sure this wasn’t too late for me to get a trim and my layers cut. I was told «a haircut is a haircut». That’s reassuring, good to know you don’t think haircuts differ at all in time. This woman with short red hair (pixie cut) came over and showed me to to my seat– her breath reeked of cigarettes. I told her I wanted to keep my length– light layers– and a frontal bang. She did the WORST haircut I have ever received in my life– and this is not an exaggeration. My hair went from the middle of my right below my collar bone. That’s not layering that’s doing a sh*tty cut because you want to go home. And I am particularly attached to my hair/​it takes a while for it to grow. I started crying in the chair and my hair fell to the floor. She looked at me and rudely asked if I had ever had layers before as if I was stupid. I told her I’d had em all my life but they never looked like this. She kept none of the length. And her complete lack of compassion and customer service at the fact that I was obviously upset. She held no conversation– asked how my day was or anything. A girls hair is very important and now I have to spend the next few months wearing a ponytail. I will NEVER be back & I wish the store owner was there so they could see that directly.

If I could gives this place 0 stars I would! Worst experience ever! Horrible customer service and the lady who cut my hair messed up my bangs so bad! I can’t believe she has a license to cut hair. Beware of the chola lady with red dike hair!

Just went in for a quick trim. Waited a couple of minutes for a stylist to be available, but it was early and they had only been open for about 30 minutes when I got there. I was greeted right when I walked in and they let me know it would be a couple of minutes — so I was fine waiting.
My hair stylist was very friendly and did exactly what I wanted her to do with just trimming off the bottom ends of my hair so that I can grow out the layers I once decided were a good idea.

Took care of me even though I didn’t give them much to go on. I appreciate the patience every time I’m here.

Pleasant staff, no real wait time, and conveniently located close to home. While I fully admit to being high maintenance in some ways I keep my hair a relatively simple process — just follow what is there, keep it even, and charge me less than $ 20 because whatever is left from President Jackson is your tip. One star off for forcing me to listen to pop music for 20 minutes, but otherwise not too shabby at all.

I gave one star bc I HAD to. I have never in my life been to such an unprofessional place in my life. I’ll spare the name of my «stylist» but why, idk. bottom line is, if you can’t cut hair right, don’t cut someones hair! I’ll stick to letting the professionals at Honeycomb Organic Hair Salon do my cutting from now on. How hard could it possibly be to trim BANGS?! THEY’RE ALREADY PARTED SHAPED! My bangs look disgusting and I’m not going to let that hack job TRY to fix them. Bs!

Effin A ! This is the In & out of hair cut joints ! Do I like my cut — Yes. Is it fancy schmancy? Nope, its just a regular guys hair cut! Short, clean and simple.
Total time saved compared to Joya Spa — 1 hr, money saved — 50 $ ! Totally worth it, going back next month ! Woot woot ! More money to buy things I dont really need!
