We were told that we could switch our iPhones or even get the new IPhone S with no down payment when we switched from Verizon but we had to bring the final bill within two weeks which was ALSO when they were anticipating they’d have the S in stock. A couple of days later I called the store to ask if they had any available and the guy told me they were not intending to carry them in ANY store for months. Ok cool whatever. We were going to just switch our Verizon phones for T-Mobile phones so that we could get out me bill with Verizon paid. Wrong. Now all of the sudden we have to put $ 200 down and they’re only going to give us what they think that the phone is worth. Needless to say I feel screwed over. I was trying to save some money by switching to T-Mobile but I’d rather feel valued with Verizon. Stay away from T-Mobile. They’re crooks. Every experience I have had with them during these past two weeks has been horrible. I have been hung up on lied to and cheated. Really it’s sad.

I had a good experience here, I’ve had the same«smart» phone for 4 years and it stopped working, the model was no longer made so I needed a new one. It was a seemingly busy Saturday with a lot of the people in the store but somehow the wait to see someone was only about 5 minutes. They walked me through their selection of phones and ordered a new one for me which arrived promptly.

There sign is posting them open at 10 and they aren’t open until 11. Then when we asked the guys about there hours they gave us attitude. I will never visit this location again. They had 10 people waiting for them to open due to there sign saying they open at 10. Every person received attitude. Not sure how they are still in business! Don’t waste your time! Go any where else!

My phone was not receiving calls so i went into the store. The girl said i needed a new sim card. I asked if my contacts would be ok and she said yes. Half of my contacts were lost when she changed sim cards and threw away the old one. AND now my phone makes noises i can’t figure out. I have to go back to the store and I’m not happy!

I went in to this branch to upgrade my phone and the experience left much to be desired. The sales associate did not seem knowledgeable about the phone I wanted to purchase nor did she seem like she wanted to help us. When I asked her questions about the phone and about the ISIS program she wanted me to sign up for, she did not know the answer and didn’t make an effort to find out. We spent over an hour at the store and never did we feel welcomed and the service was just OK. Next time I will avoid this store and return to the branch on Bell and Tatum.
