I went in 2 days in a row last week because I kept having issues with my phone. Ruayly was extremely helpful with our family. He knew exactly what he was doing. Luckily I got him both days in a row. All the employees were so nice and patient with us. We are definitely coming back to this store if I have any other issues or complications. Thank you guys!

What a horrible store, waited for an hour and no one cared to service you. Very rude staff, stay away from this location.

I had been with T-Mobile for years and was completely satisfied with their phones, reception/service and plans. The T-Mobile online support team is fantastic. Three weeks ago I went into this T-Mobile store with the intention of spending a lot of money, totally upgrading everything. The store was empty except for three guys milling around together at the back of the store with their buddy, an employee who worked there. I was never greeted, spoken to or even acknowledged while I was in the store. I felt uncomfortable so I left. Up until that point I had been undecided about what phone/plan I was going to buy and which carrier I was going to go with. I went home and with one click I bought a new phone and a new plan and with another click I cancelled T-Mobile.

Jeannie & I went in to check on getting a better, and more economical plan, and left the store with new phones! Truth be told we did want new phones, but our main focus was getting the best plan for our money. While we have been pleased with our T-mobile service, we had a hard time really getting our heads around the different options and what plan best fit our needs. After already chatting with customer service and checking online, we decided we would go to a store and see if it would be easier learning from a face to face visit. The manager, Jayson, took quite a bit of time explaining the cost benefits of several plans and really helped us come up with a good choice. The only thing left to do was pick a phone. While it is more phone than we probably need, we ended up each getting a Galaxy II S. If only the story happily ended there… Jeannie had no problems with her phone, however my phone died after two days. Jayson & his staff truly earned gold stars for their hard work and patience in getting my phone problems resolved. It too a couple visits and plenty of time on their part, but they were more than willing to do what it takes to solve my problem.

Unless my plane has less than 6 seats in it, I’m pretty confident I’m going to have service with my phone. The only exception to that I’ve found in Arizona are the casinos. They seem to have some serious cell service zapping technology to keep you focused on pulling that levers. Though I can still get a bar or two here and there. And yea, there are some pretty cool phones. I don’t have one though. I have a phone that’s positively archaic — almost 2 years old. SO old. One day I’ll get a fancy one, but they don’t have the kind of phones I really like most, so I might have to wait another year or so. Amazing. Most phones are so disposable now days mine will be an antique by then.
