Went in today and waited about a minute then a family came in behind me. The guy at the front ran to their service, then was told by another rep that I was their first then he stated he didn’t see me come in ok.” So I ask him about a phone he says he’ll go see if they have that color in stock about a minute later a girl comes over and I advise her I’m being helped. She then states the guy went on to help someone else so by now I’m really feeling upset. So I ask her about a phone and she starts telling me about a phone I asked nothing about then started talking to me like I can’t pay for the phone. I actually advised her I wanted to pay cash up front and money wasn’t a issue. So I had to get basic for her and ask again about the phone I wanted to pick up then she tells me they are out then i asked can it be picked up at a sister location and she just shrugged. I got out of there. Worst customer service.

Marco was a HUGE help! I recently switched to a different carrier from T-Mobile(worst mistake) Marco made the process of switching back to T-Mobile easy. He even gave me a handshake for making the right decision to switch back to T-Mobile from that other carrier. I got my same number back and didn’t have to pay nothing for switching back. I plan to stick with T-Mobile because of him and the excellent customer service he gave at the store. The other carrier simply didn’t fulfill my needs like they said they would offering superior internet coverage which was false in my area of town(west valley) T-Mobile has great 4GLTE coverage in my area! If you come to this store ask for«MARCO» he was a HUGE help! He really wanted me to come back to T-Mobile and wasn’t going to let anything get in the way from me switching back. Marco made it happen! Thank you so much! Major thumps of to Marco was the EXCELLENT customer service I had at this store!

I was assisted by Mike and Richard in setting up new service with my phone from another carrier tonight. While I originally went to Sprint nearby and received a volley of «no’s» to all my requests, these gents made it easy to complete everything I wanted to accomplish. Not only were they friendly, but they were efficient and very funny. They absolutely made the process of switching carriers much less painful than it started out as and I am thankful for that.

Went to jump to the Samsung 5s. The friendly young csr helped me through each step. But, the phone was out of stock. I didn’t wanna risk waiting on shipping due to moving from my current address, so she stated she would alert me and my husband when they got the phone at this location. Indeed, she followed through and I got my phone the next day. Love t-mobile! Great experience!

I have never and will not be T-Mobile customer. I was just in the store to see if I can find a hard case for my Samsung Galaxy S2 phone from Sprint. The reason that I don’t like T-Mobile is because their phones are all very expensive and I can get a cheaper phone from Sprint across the street.

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year now, and lately when I’ve returned with some difficulty with my phone the staff has changed and the new workers have NO Customer Services Skills I mean«really» they are lazy, I asked after spending and hour transferring pictures to a new device if I could use the charger to charge my phone, she told me oh you have a few bars if should last a while… really! she didn’t want to let me use the charger! secondly, one of the young man behind the counter was unresponsive to my presents at all… unfriendly, just lousy CS… it wasn’t like that before, I see all those people are gone along with their great CS, so these new workers are living on the«overflow» of past T-Moble’s Customer Service good work.

Ready, set, disappoint. T-Mobile, with whom I’ve been a loyal customer with for five years, sent me a used phone that had the previous users information on it. That is a breach of trust from the previous owner. To make matters worse, the previous owner had texted and emailed drug deals on the phone. I ended up turning the phone over to the police so they could retrieve the illegal information off of it. What was so upsetting is that T-Mobile didn’t stand behind their product. When I discussed the issue with customer service, the employee literally yelled at me on the phone. I ended up returning the phone after the police were done with it, and canceling my service. T-Mobile actually wanted me to continue to use that phone, and are BILLING me for the service. I closed the contract, which will cost me $ 564 to do so.

Typically it’s such a hassle going to any COR(corporate owned retail) mobile store — — the lines, the waiting, and then hopefully you get good service… But I can honestly say that each time I’ve had to visit this location, the staff has been incredibly awesome, upbeat, and friendly with me! A big«Thank You!» for that! Even my last ordeal, I purchased a phone… but decided it wasn’t for me. The manager(I believe his name is Anthony) was extremely understanding and accepting of the return. Plus I had Mike provide service when I initially purchased that phone — he rocks! All in all, a great experience here… the staff cares about their customers, they are down to earth, and friendly.

Dear Frank, I hate the Sidekick right now, but you are amazing! Your bright and shining face is comforting when I come in for technical support. Totally not related to your job, but you rock those snazzy dress shoes! Every time we come into the store even with the most annoying Sidekick problems. Today’s mission, buy a phone for my friend’s mother. He knows he’s getting some kick ass commission from us lol, so he’s more than willing to help. Well at least I think he’s getting some kick ass commission. I hope he is. I LOVE that he knows how to make an espresso macchiato… and more excited to know he was a barista. Sexy and talented! …straying once more from the actual review. This place gets 5 stars because with all the crappy customers they have, this place keeps it’s customer service luster. Shine on T-Mobile!
