This is for the 30th Ave and Thunderbird Rd. location. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in and bought a new LGG4 on Sept 16th. Was told I had 14 days to return the phone for any reason no questions asked. The phone had very poor signal service so I went in on the 21st to exchange the phone. I was then told by the store manager that I can not return the phone just because the signal doesn’t work well. With my recite in hand I showed him there policy that I had up to 14 days to return the phone. He would not accept it and refused to exchange it for me. Said if I wanted a different phone I would have to buy another one. I was extremely pissed off so I went outside and called customer care. They instructed me to go back to the store. They would put the alerts on my account instructing them to exchange the phone. So I did exactly that and was still told the same thing. No exchange. No refund. Buy a new one if your not happy with it. I then called customer care back. They got ahold of a different store. They sent me there and I was promptly taken care of and given the service I was promised in the beginning. Customer care did file a complaint on my behalf against the Thunderbird store. They do not need to be opened and or in the customer service business. They alone are giving the Tmobile name and brand a very bad rep. The worst service ever.

The reps here are very knowledgable and very helpful. No hassle changing from my previous carrier. They were able to answer all of the questions I had. Very pleased
