I am writing to you to today to file a complaint against T-Mobile. Last Saturday May 24, 2015 I went into the store location of 7625 W Lower Buckeye Rd, Phoenix, AZ(623)474−4920 at approximately 2:15PM where I was greeted by a friendly staff of employees. I came in to purchase a new cell phone as my phone was damaged beyond repair. My sales person asked if I had considered the $ 0.00 down plan by that T-Mobile was offering to select individuals. I explained that I really didn’t know anything about the plan but would love to see what is offered to me… He called the Corporate T-Mobile number to see what if anything was available to me. The Representative Amy(I think but all in my notes for my T-Mobile account) stated that there was GREATNEWS that I was approved for the $ 0.00 down plan and was updating my account. After we(my Store Rep & I) heard this the store Rep asked me to go ahead and look around the store to see if there was anything I wanted while they were wrapping up my account. I was very pleased to see that there was a number of phones that I found that would meet my need bt I needed help to decide; so my representative put the store manager on the phone with the Corporate Sales Rep(Amy?) so that he could give me more information on the phones that were at this point considered my options. We reviewed all phones I was considering until I picked one that best met my needs. I was on top of the world… UNTIL I was about to check out to find out that the Manger was just advised that Amy wrong and that in fact I do not qualify for the $ 0.00 down plan or any other. Needless to say I was disappointed so I called T-Mobile directly to find out why this would ever happen to have a customer believing for over 1.5 hours that they were approved for a credit plan and shopping for a phone when there was no credit offered to them. When the manager at the corporate location went off on me raising his voice and very demeaning to me? Really after over 2 years and over 50 additional customers(friends, family, and co-workers) this is how I am treated? I was emotional hurt and disrespected and ORDERED to put the store manager on the phone. I used to be a promoter of T-Mobile to all my family and friend but now after being embarrassed and disrespected by their staff would never recommend T-Mobile to anyone. I would like to make sure this never happens again to anyone and I would also like an apology from T-Mobile as well

I have heard a lot of things about T Mobile. And don’t get me wrong. The company itself appears to be a good company. But I went to T Mobile on 75th Avenue and lower Buckeye. To have my phone activated. I was charged $ 65.00 to activate my phone. After I was told they can activate my phone and I paid the $ 65. They then told me they could not activate my phone. And they could not refund me my $ $ 65.00. I told them that I need to have my money returned if they could not activate my phone. They claim they could not refund my money but they will give me a phone. The phone they gave me was the old outdated phone they claimed I would be able to access the Internet. I found when I got home that was not true. So buyer beware. If you go to T Mobile on 75th Avenue and lower Buckeye be careful of the con job they May pull. to give them 1 star is being generous

The worst!!! I went to this store a couple few months ago to purchase the then new iphone5s and two 5c’s. While connecting my new phone they accidentally turned off my sons iPhone sim instead of another line on accident which meant I had to get a new sim for his phone and take it to him as he doesn’t live with me. It turned out they gave me the wrong sim for his phone once I finally got it to him all the while his phone wasn’t working. Then today I came back in despite the first experience at 7:30am to get the new iPhone 6 which was released today and despite being 6th on the list the guy behind me get the last two phones because he was a «buddy» of the store manager. I only went to this store because they are kinda out of the way and I figured there would be no lines or a short one. So the manager goes let me go to the store on 75th and McDowell and get some more phones. I’m assuming they would be comparable. So I wait 30 minutes for him to come back. Then wait another 15 minutes for the person waiting on me to take care of another customer. Finally she is ringing me up and asks for $ 100 dollars EXTRA for a larger memory iPhone than what I originally wanted. I didn’t want to pay extra for the bigger memory phone and should have been told thats what was being brought back in the first place. Not to mention I was told by an employee who I know the name of but won’t name that I would be guaranteed a phone if I came before 10am. Horsecrap!!! I left the store after two hours with nothing but my old 5s. I’ll never go to this store or the one on 75th ave and McDowell because they are affiliated(same owner Prob) due to poor business tact and poorer service. They have cost me time and money with nothing to show back. I’m so upset I want to actually take my business to another carrier altogether.
