I love this T-​mobile location!!! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable (aka very techie). On this particular visit, it was upgrade time! Woohoo! Walked in, and wouldn’t you know it, we got helped right away! (It helps that it was a lazy Sunday afternoon…)
As we walked in, Devyn greeted us so we went to him for assistance with the upgrade. We also told him about the promotion T-​Mobile had where you got a free tablet — double yay! Devyn definitely went above and beyond to help us out with getting an upgrade, and didn’t make us feel rushed or uninterested as I’ve experienced that in the past.
The only reason I gave them 4-​stars is that the upgrade took FOUR HOURS!!! It wasn’t Devyn’s fault, but the software on the phone needed to be updated, then it took forever to get everything switched from one phone to another… Grrr. But on the plus side, I got tired and wanted to lay down, so Devyn pushed together the little cube chairs and made a comfy somewhat bed thing so I could lay down. Lol. Talk about great customer service!!!

Negative. I’ve given this store several chances, but their customer service agents only seem to know how to tell you, «No,» and what they can not do instead of offering to help you find a solution. The first 2 times they turned me away, I went to Apple and my situation was rectified immediately. After this last time, I called in to customer service, ready to go back to AT&T (goodness forbid!), and they fixed my issue promptly. Really? So why put me through all of that rigmarole? The phone customer service agents need to be on the same page with the in-​store customer service/​sales reps. It’s ridiculous.

Very rude. Acted like it was not their place to help or put time into what they were doing. Went on Veterans Day and witnessed another salesperson rudely speaking to a veteran (knew he was a veteran because he mentioned it) that was confused about some account information. After them not being able to help me I went to another t mobile store a few minutes away at Desert Ridge Marketplace which was really busy but worth the wait since they helped me and I was able to walk out with a brand new phone.

Nice, clean and peacefully quiet. The two technicians were polite, friendly and efficient. I plan on coming back to this location should I ever need further assistance with my I-​Phone accessories.

This location has the best customer service out of all of their area stores. I normally wouldn’t write a review update for a store this soon after my last review, but I wanted to recognize an employee, Briahna, who recently helped me purchase a phone for my Son’s birthday. She did a wonderful job explaining the benefits of each phone and spent a considerable amount of time answering all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable of each of the phones and wasn’t just trying to sell me the newest or most expensive phone… I bought a great phone that has features that my Son wanted. She did it with a smile and looked like she enjoyed her job, that is what I call great customer service. This store is 2 for 2 with me. I highly recommend it.
