I’m only giving this location one star because I couldn’t leave a review with a 0 stars. I bought a $ 600 phone here three days ago and the stylus doesn’t work. I immediately, on the day I bought it, called customer support they told me they had put notes in the system to bring my phone back to any tmobile store, they said, and get a replacement phone. Another new phone to replace this new phone that I’ve had three days that does not function properly. So I stop by at T Mobile stores it’s convenient to where I work and they refuse to do business with me because I don’t have the receipt, even though everything is in the computer on my account. That store tells me that I have to go to the store I purchased it at because their POS system will have my receipt and then I won’t need the receipt to do what I need to do. So I drove over to the store where I made my original purchase 3 days ago and now they told me that I need the receipt even though it’s their POS system the information is in the computer on my couch with my sim card registered so now my husband has to drive all the way from my house to bring me a receipt that I really in fact do not meet. I’ve been a customer of tmobile for five years I will not be a customer of T Mobile again after this I will get my phone replaced with a phone that works properly and I will go to a different cell phone company. Citi mobile wants to lose a hundred and $ 170 a month customer because they refuse to take my phone back but they told me on Sunday Besides the old quest phone company this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life.

So much better than cricket and more affordable than verizon! The only thing is don’t let them talk you into the cheaper 50.00 starter phone because it has issues but once I up graded to the better Samsung Galaxy I haven’t had any more issues

If there was a way to rate it 0, I would. I was tagging along with my sister-in-law who wanted to get a new phone. The 1st obstacle is that you now have to pay full price for phones, but she knew that going in. The problem was the store clerk could not answer the most basic of questions. «It’s there a trade in value on my old phone» answer«maybe», «can I switch the SIM card from my old phone to the new one and get a new SIM card for the old phone and still use the old phone» Answer«possibly» Honestly every question was answered«maybe» or «possibly» we never got a straight answer from her. It was like T-Mobile pulled her off the street and put her in front of the register. When visiting the t-mobile store you expect them to know something about your account and your options, I’d expect this from Wal-Mart where they have different carriers being represented, but the clerk’s at Wal-Mart were much better when we added a phone a couple of months ago. T-Mobile may have better plan pricing but there is no way I’d ever switch after seeing the lack customer service the provide.

Knowledgeable, friendly employees and excellent selection of phones available from T-Mobile. Overall, my experience was smooth and very favorable. My wife and I were looking for new phones and and decided to do a 2-year contract. I chose a G1 and she opted for a Blackberry. We were very satisfied with our selections and the information provided by staff about them. Checkout went smooth, and we were able to get both phones for almost free, plus a discount on the monthly payment based on my wife’s employer program.
