WOW!!! Terry is truly one of a kind. I have worked with other realtors in the past, but now Terry is the only one I would ever work with. When you send him an email he responds within MINUTES… not hours… not days… MINUTES. Terry was also available whenever my wife and I wanted to see a house. I once contacted him on a Sunday night and he met up with us at a house within 15 minutes. He was there to answer all of the thousands of questions I had. He was very patient with us and even after looking at houses all day, we would call him back later that day to view a couple of houses we had already looked at. He never said no or made us feel like we were bothering him. He has made the entire home purchasing experience more enjoyable. I have never felt pressured or that Terry was trying to up sell us into a more expensive house. Please believe me when I say Terry is the best and go with him when your buying or selling a house.
