I was skeptical at first, sugar cookies look so beautiful when decorated but the taste never is consistent with the decoration. The Baked Equation carried through with delivering both delicious cookies as well as being beautifully decorated! Every part of the transaction went smoothly. Melissa was very easy to work with and available via email or to discuss over the phone. Payment made through PayPal. Pickup in Scottsdale. All very easy. Well done Melissa! I will keep The Baked Equation in mind for the next event I need cookies for!

I have been following The Baked Equation on Instagram and I must say Melissa’s cookie creations are amazing. I haven’t ordered custom cookies from her but I was lucky to have won her giveaway last year so I did see the quality of her work and it’s very clean and I could tell she prides herself in providing high quality products. I can’t wait to order custom cookies from her when I have an event coming up.
When my family was in Phoenix, I made sure to order goodies from her and until now I can’t stop thinking about those salted butterscotch cookies. They are to die for… perfect contrasting flavors between the salt, butterscotch and buttery shortbread. At first I thought they were small cookies but they were surprisingly huge so they were enough to satisfy my sweet cravings.
I also ordered her Espresso Brownies and I knew I made the right choice… chocolatey and again the price was worth it ’cause each brownie was thick and cut into huge squares.
The Baked Equation also offers classes and I wish we had time to visit and take a short cookie lesson from her. Maybe when we return. :)

Hands down the best brownie you will ever have. Your definitely paying for quality desserts when you order from the baked equation, but they are worth every penny!

There is not one negative comment I could make about The Baked Equation. You will not have a bad customer experience under the care of the owner, Melissa. The cookies are delicious, but not only that, they’re absolutely stunning! You’re paying for taste and quality, but you’re also paying for a form of art. Pretty things are so much more enjoyable to eat. And let’s not forget that these cookies are baked with a focus on simple, natural, and organic ingredients. You can eat your cookie (or two) and feel great about what’s going into your body. Delicious, pretty, and about as wholesome as a cookie can be. No complaints whatsoever!

I had a great experience with The Baked Equation! Melissa is amazing and so easy to work with. I asked her to make custom cookies for my bridesmaids and her work greatly exceeded my expectations. I appreciated that she so promptly answered all of her emails. The cookies themselves were GORGEOUS and the craftsmanship was amazing, at a great price too. I definitely recommend The Baked Equation and I will be using her again!

The Baked Equation is AMAZING! I have tried the cupcakes and cookies, and they are delicious. They are the most beautifully decorated treats… you ALMOST don’t want to eat them because they are such beautiful works of art! When you buy these baked goods, you aren’t only getting delicious goodies, but you are also supporting a wonderful cause!

Melissa made me a gluten-​free carrot cake. I am not kidding when I say that this was THE BEST gluten-​free cake I’ve EVER had! Not exaggerating one bit! I could not believe how incredibly moist the texture was. Unbelievable! I am STILL in shock… can’t wait to dive into the piece that is sitting left over in my fridge!

These are really some of the tastiest, most beautiful treats you’ve ever seen or tasted. They use high-​quality ingredients and the attention to detail is phenomenal. I’ve been the lucky recipient of a gift of these treats on several occasions, and though they are out of Phoenix and I’m across the country, they arrive in perfect condition.
I highly recommend the Baked Equation! And it’s all for a good cause, so that makes it even better.
