The Glamour

This place is fantastic! I’ve been researching micro stroke or feather stroke brows for a few months now and I decided to follow through. I read some of the reviews on a few salons and I decided that I liked Pamela’s technique the most, plus they have a great special going on right now (call in and ask). They explained everything that was going to happen and answered all of my questions. Tim and Pam are so sweet and really made me feel comfortable. Most importantly, I really love my brows!

I did not like Pam’s personality at all. Very condescending to the man in there. As a business owner, she should keep her snark remarks to herself. At least wait til her customer is gone. I wanted to record the procedure as I do many of the procedures I get done, in order to share with my instagram followers. Pam said I wasn’t allowed to. Her work is mediocre. Nothing impressive at all. The only recommendation I will be making on my IG is not to go to her. I had to ask her to work on a couple of areas she missed. She does not seem to have an eye for detail. I went in to fix my crooked eyebrows. I had to explain to her where they were crooked. Also, there is no big mirror in there for you to be able to see you entire face. She hands you a small hand mirror and the room in dim therefore it is hard to tell if your eyebrows are where you want them. Yes, they make you sign a document stating that you are satisfied with your eyebrows. I suggest you DO NOT SIGN IT because you can’t really see the work til you get home. I can already tell where she missed some spots and I will be needing a touchup but I will go somewhere elsd for that.

I have had minimal eyebrows and eyebrow pencils do not get it right every time. I finally bit the bullet and got them feather stroke tatooed. Pam is excellent and a true artist. They are lightly filled in and not one bold stripe as I have seen on others. The color is perfect and I am so happy!

Here are two pictures right after my microblading brow treatment! I absolutely love my brows and appreciate Pam for being attentive to my preferences. Pam and her son Lee were nice about explaining to me and showing me their previous work and that she is very experienced with permanent makeup– 20 years! Very excited about the result, I will be posting an «after healed» photo in 4 to 6 weeks.

I went to Pam the first time for my eyebrows in Prescott and was really happy, but the next time I went for my eyeliner was not so great. She did not remember the type of tattoo I wanted or what price she had quoted me. My eyes swelled immediately and I was told that it was my fault and was because I wasn’t relaxing enough. She got ink splattered all over my shirt, told me washing it would remove it — I washed it and the ink didn’t budge. I texted her to tell her my shirt was ruined and here’s what I got for a reply :)). Really? A smiley face after you ruined my shirt? NO apology — nothing.

I went to see Pam today for the feathering eyebrow cosmetic tattoo! She made me feel so comfortable, and she is amazing at what she does! I was super nervous but I’m so happy I went to her! As soon as she was finished you couldn’t even tell they were tattooed (besides regular swelling). She first asks you about your brows and what you would like them to look like. (She asks you to come with your brows filled in the way you normally do) then numbs you and begins the tattoo. I think it took her about 15 mins for both my brows. It was super fast and non painful! I think I sat numbing longer than the tattoo :) I even brought along my grand mother because we both always talked about getting this done. I went first, her second. We were both highly satisfied with our brows. in fact my grandmother is going back to her again in 2 weeks! I would highly recommend Pam to anybody unhappy with there eyebrows. She will work wonders!

I had my eyebrows tattoo’d several years ago but they’d faded and gotten spotty; my previous lady changed business so I had to take a chance and dive into a new place… I chose this place based on reviews. They answered the phone right away, I easily made an appointment for 2 weeks later, and they called to remind me the day before. They were warm, welcoming and made me feel at home. Absolutely no pain or discomfort, and they look perfect. Definitely recommend!

I have seen Pam 4 times. She is a real professional and her work is impeccable. Pam has done my eyebrows and upper eyelid. I can’t believe that it was so painless! I will be back for my lower eyelid soon.

I want to give 3 ½ stars because I felt like It was closer to a 4 but that can’t be shown. I will explain all my reasonings. Firstly, Pam is very friendly and warm natured. I like her upbeat attitude. Secondly, her husband is good humored and makes a good addition as an assistant. When I went in I was extremely nervous and I could not stop squirming during the procedure. Pamela did an amazing job trying to calm me and distract me and really tried to get me to feel better. I really appreciated that she wasn’t acting annoyed and tried to be patient. But I didn’t like the fact that I felt very rushed. Her next client came in when we had just started. The whole time, I felt like she was just going fast to get to the next girl. When she told me to sit up, I questioned that my brows didn’t look exactly how I wanted but she waved it away and said oh you’re fine! But once I had left the office, I could see that one was not as thick as the other. If she had given me some more time I could have mentioned that and had it fixed. But instead she ushered me along to get to the next lady. I can understand she was probably tired, but in that case, she should schedule more time between clients so there is not a harried feeling. I really feel like for the money I paid I at least deserved a chance to reflect on the outcome and have it fixed if needed since follow up appointments are not cheap.

Amazingly detailed and checks her work from several angles to assure that her work is perfect. Pam chooses her colors to compliment your hair and complexion. She takes both before and after pictures. Pam books three weeks out but she is worth the wait.

The idea of permanent make-​up has been on my to-​do list for years. And yesterday I did it!
While researching for the perfect artist is a task worth performing, I am certain that my hard work paid off by meeting Pam with the Glamour Company.
With her longstanding history of doing permanent makeup augmented by her stellar reviews, I took that proverbial leap of faith and am glad I went with her.
I’ll admit that it was more uncomfortable than I expected, but Pam’s calming demeanor and attentive assessment allowed her to take breaks when she knew I needed it.
I’m only at post-​procedure Day 1, so I’ll write back with the results when I can better evaluate the final result. But so far, I’d give Pam an A+!

I am so pleased with my permanent eyebrows. I had them done elsewhere and the Glamour Co. did such a better job! They look so real! They staff was extremely nice and actually made the procedure fun! I would highly recommend them to all my friends.

Pam is meticulous and conscientious. My permanent eyeliner never looked this good before!
