My session with The Reiki Studio @ Vitamin R Bar was relaxing and healing. With the help of Christopher I was able to let go of some old emotional baggage that was holding me back. After my sessions I felt a shift in my overall energy and mood. Christopher is a gifted holistic healer and has a lot of knowledge. He is very insightful and intuitive and was able to offer balanced guidance. I’ve only had reiki through massage in the past and never had a full session of only reiki. Christopher explained the whole process with me from beginning to end. I would highly recommend The Reiki Studio at Vitamin R Bar!
