If you like homeless people peeing in the pool and sleeping in the laundry room with lots of drug activity then this is the place for you!
Do you like the show Cops? Guess what, you’re probably going to be in it or a C.S.I. show living here! You’ll get to call the cops every night to get them to kick out the homeless junkies shooting up on the staircase.
The bums smell up the place, but there’s some good news; the sewer backs up and flows out of a drain on the sidewalk in front of the place which covers up the smell of bum with the smell of shit so there’s that.
If, however, you are looking for a place to live without BEDBUGS, where management cares about the well-​being of its residents, then by all means DON’T spend your money here. The rent is over $ 550/​month for a TINY STUDIO plus utilities.
There’s no workout room but you’ll get a few boxing matches in with the drunk people that are off their meds and think you’re a demon that’s there to eat your soul. My trainer said pushing hobo shopping carts off the property is a great way to target your calves.

–Bedbugs and roaches sucking your blood and eating your eyebrows
–parties to all hours of the night, Monday through Sunday,
–residents that don’t give a crap about the common areas,
–shady management that doesn’t respond to your concerns and tries to scam you.
–unexpected power bills and fees that aren’t in your rental agreement.
–residents inviting eleventy of their friends to bath in the pool
–homeless crazy people from the VA up the street
–no on-​site maintenance or security (when the office is closed the bums come)
*Update* Now the laundry room with only 2 small washing machines is locked over 12 hours of the day. There are over 60 residents that do laundry so now there are fights and arguments over who gets to wash the bedbugs and roaches out of their clothing first.
Management is so irresponsible that they left a units window unsecured after evicting a resident and all his possessions were stolen over the weekend by homeless people and tweekers while the office was closed. They had even been notified the unit was unsecured before hand and just failed to fix it because they don’t give a crap. ZERO accountability.
