The UPS Store

This review is for The UPS Store located at 2^nd Street & Adams Street in downtown Phoenix. It is in Suite 110 across from The HYATT hotel’s valet parking. I’ve been using this store each week for 3 months. I’m always pleased with the level of customer service, professionalism, and cheerful attitude of the employees. However, today, I was especially WOW-​ed. One of the team leads knew I would barely make it to the store today to pick up my copies. It’s the night before Thanksgiving, and they were closing an hour early. I was at work in north central Phoenix, and I would be pushing it but could possibly make it. As I explained this over the phone, Ehron («Aaron»), offered to meet me on the sidewalk in case I wasn’t able to find parking in time. A few hours later, as I sped to get there, I pulled up right at closing (5pm for the holiday)… and Ehron met me at the curb with my documents! Wow. Now that’s service! Thank you!
