I happen to like it here and I moved from Chandler. The move-in price was spectacular because it made all other expenses doable, it was all a smooth process to get situated and to do a walk-through, and David responded quickly to any questions or concerns I have. It’s close to everything I may need: grocery stores, wal-mart, target and other department stores, goodwill, and many other businesses. It’s even closer to downtown without actually paying that downtown price. When I had needed repairs, they were fixed within 24 hours… and I only needed a couple. The staff is wonderful to me and I actually feel safer here than anywhere else I’ve lived. The neighbors are friendly enough and yes this place is pet friendly. This is a place I would recommend for people to live if they would like to save money and be close to everything. No, it’s not the Ritz of Phoenix but it is an adorable spot that offers a lot more in one go than I have had to dealt with in the past. Take a moment and stop by for yourself! :)

The office manager is reasonable but that is where the perks end. Free electric in apartments with no circulation and the blower still set to heat… Yep it’s march. Manager says the air won’t be turned on til April. The pool, has never been in service– there is a chain on the gate. Any problems you have? You have to wait for the owner to decide wether or not to fix it. I also have two dogs– on my lease– last month I asked to have my apartment sprayed for the constant bug problem– that apparently constitutes permission to enter at any point. I stayed home that day, waited all day and finally had to go take care of some things before everything closed. Well when I went to ask about the pest control I was told I had a letter about not having my dogs caged when the pest people entered against stated permission. My dogs live here– I’m charged pet rent and have made it abundantly clear I management(written by hand in my lease) that there is NEVER permission. Didn’t stop them. The 90 degree apartments aren’t enough to provide air conditioning The crack heads make it impossible to feel safe or secure in my own apartment– but they live here too. Even the police have told myself and various neighbors to move out based on the amount of activity. So I am And I do not recommend these apartments to anyone for any reason. They aren’t even that cheap– $ 720 all included for a small one bed with two dogs. (Under 700 sq feet and a lot less useable)
