I purchased a groupon yesterday for this facility and then today my purchase was refunded with a generic email from groupon stating«due to unforeseen circumstances» they had to cancel the deal. Thrive may have wanted to figure that out before selling Groupons!

Joining the Thrive Family is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. You will be surrounded with supportive trainers and the best fellow workout buddies — which is a great formula for success! The most important part of joining any gym is wanting to go — and the Thrive Family will make you do just that! I highly recommend Thrive Performance to anyone looking for that perfect workout gym.

This gym has changed my life. I completed their 6-week challenge last week and feel better than I ever have. After just 3 days I really began to notice the difference in my energy levels, my skin and over health from exercising and eating clean. By week 4, the time had flown by and I swear I was glowing from the inside out. The pride and sense of accomplishment that I had on week 6 for sticking with my goals through all of life’s curve balls left me stronger physically, mentally and emotionally. I now feel prepared to participate in all the cool activities that are out there that I once felt too out of shape to even try! Even my stress levels are almost non existent now! I feel like I am productively managing my stress and overall I handle things much more rationally. The things that I love most about Thrive are the ways that they motivate you: the accountability factor, the financial factor of offering your money back just for achieving your goal, the support system(individually from the trainers/members and the family facebook group page), group personal training classes encourage you to give it your all, and they keep it real. The people at this gym are real. They are sick of being sick and tired. There are no judgments, drama or fashion shows. The people there are there to work! The trainers are knowledgable and passionate about what they do. They are good people that just want you to become the best version of yourself. The classes and exercises are tailored towards your personal abilities but you will be pushed. It’s the only way to change. I committed to the change after seeing the transformations of others that attended the gym. If you follow the directions, show up to class and truly commit yourself, it works. Stop making excuses and start living your life the way you want to live it!

While my experience with the challenge was good, I am disappointed in the follow-up after is disappointing, almost like they are avoiding me. Can’t believe I did it… I have lost over 40 lbs and couldn’t have done it without the support of this group. I had put on a «few» extra pounds and just couldn’t get started back to a good routine of diet and exercise and this totally did that for me. No it wasn’t fun to drag my butt out of bed at 4:30 in the morning and meet up with the group but I did and it has totally paid off. I am stronger than I have been in a long time and it feels GOOD.

I recently finished the 20lbs challenge and I can’t say enough good things about Lee and the whole team at thrive performance. I lost 20.4lbs in 6 weeks! The workouts are fun and hard to complete. The atmosphere is great! But what I liked the best was the accountability. This was the hardest for me when trying other gyms or workout plans. Here, everybody helps each other, from the the staff to your classmates. All the coaching and encouragement you get is awesome, makes it easier to keep going. Specially when you see the results week after week!

Thrive is a great place where everyone knows your name, not too many people in class where you aren’t able to get feedback. I have lost 12.4lbs in 6 weeks and feel great. I love the people I have met here and the encouragement. Highly recommended

This is the perfect gym for anyone! Gym rat, new kid on the block you’ll fit in. I love the structured session kind of reminds me of cross-fit but not so hard core weights. I’ve been to just about every type of gym and workout there is(aerobics, cycling, cross-fit, Barr, palates, yoga, hot yoga…) & I’d recommend this one for sure!

If you’ve hit a wall in your current regiment, want something more serious, don’t want to workout with a bunch of muscle head dillholes that make you feel really out of place. and you wanna meet some new friends while you do it? Then yeah. This is the place. Lee and his team of trainers will push you to your limits and have a knack for showing you just what you’re capable of! The workouts are tough, but they are rewarding and get you results. I was down 35.4 pounds in 6 weeks and I couldn’t be happier! This is a unique program that you won’t find anywhere else and I can’t recommend it enough! I’ve learned a lot about myself and can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!

This gym is fantastic! I just finished the 6 week Challenge and couldn’t be happier about my results. The trainers are knowledgeable and helpful, and keep you accountable and motivated. Joining is the most positive decision I’ve made for myself in a long time.

Before I started the 6 week challenge with Lee, I had no energy, never worked out and ate very poorly. I loved TV and was the ultimate«couch potato». I would stay up really late and sleep really late and still was exhausted. Once I started the challenge, I started going to the 6am class and completely transformed my daily life. The food I was eating and the daily exercise I was doing dramatically increased my energy levels like you could not believe! I stayed laser focused and that is thanks to Lee, the other challengers, and my family and friends holding me accountable. I was seeing results and did not want to quit. At the end of the 6 weeks I lost a total of 17.4 pounds and 15.25 inches! I am about halfway to my goal so this is not the end. I am continuing this lifestyle and can’t imagine living any other way!

Dont like gyms and have a hard time getting strength training in? This is the perfect place! Its a gym that doesn’t feel like a gym! And I’m losing inches without hating the workouts. :) The owner, Lee Gough, treats his gym members like family which is very different than many of the other gyms I have checked out. He knows everyone’s name, makes each of us feel special(included) and pushes us according to our level. He also does alot of motivating and educating outside the gym with FB which is hugely helpful! He is friendly, has a good sense of humor, cares about health & fitness and wants everyone to get a good workout in! The people and the way he treats us is very down-to-earth. This is the kind of gym that you dont need to dress up at, nor do you have to feel threatened if you are a bit out of shape. The members are helpful, friendly and are there to get in shape. They are serious about getting a relatively quick yet aggressive workout which I like. I want to workout with nice people but I get up early for ONEPRIMARY reason… to lose weight,/inches and get stronger… not to socialize. He varies the exercises according to the day of the week so you can plan ahead for what you need most. Also, every month, he changes the theme and types of workouts which is nice. This way, you have a month to learn the routines but then dont get too bored because after 4 weeks, he will change them up again. The classes move quickly– usually 20 – 25 minutes of hard core exercises and the rest is stretching(pre and post). If you are new to working out, Id reach out to the owner before signing up. He will go over an orientation to make sure you know the exercises and also teach you about his studio so you can figure out if the gym is the right place for you. Ive gone to alot of different gyms: small boutique studios and the big box gyms. For me, this is the best of them all. I get a good workout in(not too easy or hard) and also feel like Im part of a healthy, fun fitness community.

This is comparable to working out with a personal trainer, but at a fraction of the cost. They motivate me to come to class and I get the individualized attention I need. Lee knows exactly when to push me and when to back off. There are modifications for every exercise which is good since everyone in class in is at a different fitness level. The energy in class is very encouraging and positive. I would highly recommend this program to anyone; and I have suggested that several of my friends join. In the next couple of weeks, I am hoping to get my husband started.

I love this method of working out. Intense, quick paced and effective. Lee, the head trainer, is wonderful. He makes work-outs fun and he’s completely knowledgeable about fitness. You are in and out in 40 minutes. I have been doing it regularly for about 3 months and I always have muscle soreness the next day, which let’s me know I am working hard.

Lee is a phenomenal trainer! His workout classes are fun, energetic and hard. Going to the«regular» gym is great, however with Lee, he pushes you to do your absolute best and give 110% everyday. Going every morning at 5:45 is a great way to start off the day and having a motivational trainer like Lee is a definite plus! Would recommend to anyone who wants a great workout with a great trainer!

Fitness Revolution Scottsdale is awesome. I have been attending this core fitness boot camp for 3 – 5 days a week for the last 8 months. The results have been more than I expected. I have lost 30 lbs, gained muscle, have dramitcally increased my energy level, and generally feel much healthier. Lee Gough, the owner, is amazing in terms of enthusiasm, guidance, and truly caring for the success of each of his customers. I love the diversity and structure of his training, and enjoy the group atmosphere. I can’t imagine a better work-out, better experience, or better results from any other program. Lee and Fitness Revolution Scottsdale have my highest degree of recommendation! Give Lee a call and give it a try.

Lee is a phenomenal trainer(and hilarious!) He knows how to push you but his bootcamps are always a blast, less than an hour long, and have you leaving feeling refreshed. I always«feel the burn» when I attend and really enjoy working out outside of the gym. It has been a great addition to my workout routine and LOVE that the bootcamps are located outdoors.

I’m an open minded person, but not when it comes to working out. I’m not very coordinated, so when I work out I typically stick to what I know. Working out at the gym can become very boring and I find it hard to push myself. After seeing an opportunity on Buy With Me, I decided to give it a try. I was able to see results in the first month. Core Fitness Bootcamp pushes you to get the best results in a short amount of time. The instructors are positive and attentive, and make sure that you are properly working out. The other bootcampers are very motivating too.
