They came out to fix my washing machine. Had em fix my ac too. Great price. Great service and very fast response. They cleaned up after themselves and very honest. They didn’t try to overcharge. I will definitely recommend these guys!!! 2 thumbs up for sure!!!

From the very first call to the last handshake, there was no an issue i could complain about.
Outstanding job replacing condensar fan motor at 9pm, just three hours after my call to them.

I found Total Air by reading reviews on them after my washing machine died. When I called Dennis said he would be out the next morning and would call first. I waited until 30 minutes after his final time to come here, then I called him. I was angry; however he told me his phone had died the night before and my info was on it. Ok, it can happen and he was willing to adjust the price down because of this. At this point at least 3 times I had asked him if he took credit cards and he said yes, although there was a discount by paying cash. Once he was at my house and had started working on my washer, he then informed me that he wanted cash. I was furious because I don’t keep that kind of cash around and I wouldn’t have used him had I known-​I really needed to put it on a card, which he would not do it. I did finally tell him I would give him a check and he then proceeded to charge me the credit card cost. I argued and we agreed at a half-​way point. He did fix the machine; however a couple weeks later the identical thing happened. By the time he came out 4 days later, it was somehow working again. He did not look at anything and said we’ll wait. Just a short time after that, the same thing happened. He picked the day and time that he would come out and look-​and he never called or came out. When I called him, he really had no answer, just that he could have been a better communicator. He asked me what he could do to make my feelings better towards him. I pretty much told him nothing at this point would change them, and he then said he would return my money I had paid him within 72 hours. I told him if he did I would not put bad reviews out on him. I’m sure I don’t have to tell you I’ve never seen a dollar. I would not recommend this company as they were unprofessional and unresponsive with me.

Denis was called to fix my A/​c while it was 110 in Phoenix. He quickly called and was willing to fix my unit even at 2am! My A/​c was diagnosed and quickly fixed the same day. Reliable, dependable, trustworthy! Thank you Denis for honestly evaluating and quickly fixing the issue especially on such short notice!
