These people were terrible to work with. Steve came out to do an estimate for a remodel of two rooms I needed done and didn’t listen to a word I said. He then proceeded to get upset with me when I asked for changes. I would stay away from this company. There are too many quality contractors in the valley that want your business and care about their customers.

In 2008 we had Tri-​Lite add 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and remodel our master bedroom.
They also replaced a sink and vanity in a guest bathroom. All work was done on time and at the cost in the original estimate. The level of quality of all work was outstanding. Without exception, every Tri-​Lite person we worked with was professional and friendly. I would do business with Tri-​Lite again without hesitation. I would recoomend them to friends and family.

Tri-​Lite Builders… one word describes them… AWESOME…We had a good size remodel project with Steve and his team. Thankfully he assigned Aaron as the general foreman for our project and the project went flawlessly thanks to the efforts of Aaron. The City of Phoenix was our biggest hurdle for plan approval (don’t get me started there — what a JOKE that is), but Steve and team got the project off the ground and 2 months to the day we got final sign off from the city… not one issue along the way… truly because of the attention to detail Aaron had for our project and his attention to detail from the Subs was incredible… anything Aaron saw that was not up to the standards of Tri-​Lite, he had the Subs re-​do and/​or correct… never had to worry about a thing… If you want a CLASS A remodel company, go to Steve and the team at Tri-​Lite Builders… I guarantee you CAN’T GO WRONG… thanks again Steve and Aaron… Barbara and Rob

Tri-​Lite has done two remodels in our home and both have been amazing experiences. In the first, they added a room to the back of our house and reconfigured our kitchen and replaced the counters. Every step was carefully explained, checked and the mess was kept to a minimum. We even were given food gift cards for the restaurants of our choice when the counters were cut wrong by the supplier, delaying the finish of the kitchen. The Mindes are wonderful people, dedicated to great service and high quality work. We had the floors redone after the kitchen was finished — another company did the work and we were shocked at the difference in service. When we decided to remodel our master bath, Tri-​Lite got our first call. Again, the result is beautiful, functional and gives me joy to see it every day. We’re completely spoiled by Tri-​Lite now and wouldn’t consider or recommend anyone else for any job — large or small.

Tri-​Lite Builder’s remodeled my ’80’s style home in 2010. They never really finished the job despite several visits after they were «done.» Now that the warranty is out, the cabinet doors are not working, the dishwasher connections are leaking, the new doors won’t stay closed… shall I keep going? As with any contractor, make sure you KNOW the owners before you sign on the bottom line. The people working for them (designers and foreman) may be honest and forthright, but make sure you meet the owner first.
