Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

If I could rate 0 stars I would I have had the worst experience with customer service and general pest services with the company. Not only do they never come on schedule appointments they never complete the job and when calling to try to cancel they try to fix all the problems but it only gets worse or ignored. I have been trying to cancel for the last week following missed/​rechedule /​unfufilled appointments by them and am told only «James» the manager can cancel the account and he would be contacting me. I have yet to receive a call from him.

Try bill’s pest control. Super nice and will do whole house treatment for 65 $/​treatment no contract.

I never write reviews, but am very upset with the Phoenix Truly Nolan professionalism. They didn’t show up and I had to call and reschedule. Then they showed up twice unannounced and said it was because they had tried to reach me. He did not do a very thorough job and had to call several times to get my ant problem taken care of. I cancelled my services and 3 months later was automatically charged $ 35. I called but they would not reverse the charges.

I contacted this company after another company failed to show up. They sent out someone to see what we had going on. Unlike the other company they wanted to BOMB our house and we had to be out for 3 hours, they put down baits, insecticides that are PET friendly and didnt sell us anything that we didnt need. They told us what they were doing, why and what other things they thought we had lurking with the evidence that was around the house. They were on time, and very, very nice. I highly recommend them.

We contacted this company to help with a roofrat problem last year. We selected them because they have a large local presence and seem to be quite professional. We signed a very expensive yearlong contract (over 1K) and anticipated full resolution of our problem, as that was what was promised to us. The first few months of service were great, but then we started having challenges scheduling appointments, reaching a manager and the rats weren’t gone. It took weeks of calls to finally have a territory manager call me back — and fortuntaly he was able to refund all my money. I do not want to slam this company, I may have had an isolated bad experience, but I think it’s important to be honest. We sought several other companies’ opinions following this and received entirely different information and pricing. I know roofrats are a very tricky issue and it’s hard for a company to ‘guarantee’ they will always be gone, but I felt I was promised the moon and then it was never delivered. I think the root of the problem is a disconnect between sales folks and the actual techs who know the business and your home… Needless to say, we have switched companies.
