Turn Back Time Day Spa skin treatments are the REAL DEAL and they do NOT cut corners! They really know skin care and how to fade age spots, wrinkles, and scars. The environment is unpretentious, comfortable, and clean. After being in the sun for years I was covered with sun damage and now my arms look 100% better. I have a few scars that they have treated and they are fading slowly.

I have been going to Turn Back Time for several years now. Martha is one of the most knowledgeable techs when it comes to laser IPL. She does a very thorough job, doesn’t miss an inch. The red light therapy follow up is an added bonus to balance out the skin tone. I recently started with my arms and can’t believe after 1 treatment the difference. I’m very pleased. Great prices too. I called around and everyone else was at least double!

I bought a groupon for a series of facials. So far, I’ve been happy with the service. If you’re a Scottsdale snob, this place is probably too casual for you. I found the owner to be very nice. I will let you know the results when I’m finished with the facials.
Update: Completed my series of facials and loved the results! Would recommend!

Good grief! The owner/​operator was late 5 of my 7 visits, smelled like a hot-​cigarette and I never saw her wash her hands! Feel like I wasted my time and money. Equipment was old for most of my visits. When she got the new machine, she was eager to tell me that it was ‘very’ expensive. Don’t want to hear about you and your boyfriend. Or how he lent you the money to buy machine. Or hear about your daughter and how she’s helping you do laser on yourself. Gross! Unprofeshional! Will never go back or recommend. When my coworkers see a deal to buy they ask the spa name before they puchase.

I bought an online deal for 2 photofacials. This «Spa» and photofacial experience was not even close to meeting expectations for the service. I’ve had at least 5 photofacials in the past. The equipment at this spa is extremely old and did not provide any results. I’m disappointed in the company I purchased the deal from,
and with Turn Back Time Day Spa. I feel like I completely wasted my money and my time.
