U-Haul

They were really nice here, but not the most organized. I think it’s because it’s not actually a U-​Haul where you see the big block letters from the street. I left about 15 min early to pick it up, and was given the address but could not for the life of me find the place. Then I called the location (and they pick up and say u-​haul). I asked for directions because I had to pick up a trailer. The guy says sorry no reservation here, you want to try Indian School Road on 35^th St, which is across town.
So I get to the u-​haul there, and the guy says no trailer there for pickup either. He looks up my reservation, and lo and behold, my reservation was at the original place I couldn’t find but had called earlier! I asked him to call that location to confirm before I drive back over, and the same guy that told me to go to this new location says, oops, we do have it, I think you are talking to a girl that called not long ago. So I head back towards the u-​haul in glendale. Fair warning from the guy at 35^th and indian school rd, the place is called Glendale Auto Repair! They just collect uhauls for people to pick up!
Anyways, I finally get there and the service is reaaaally slow. The guy helping me (same one on the phone) was so nice though that I couldn’t get mad at him. He was a cute little old man. I know this isn’t the location I had originally requested and I liked that it was a block from where I lived, but I wish they could’ve told me to look for an auto body shop when they called for confirmation. It would have save me an hour of driving back and forth for a trip that was 5 minutes from where I lived. Plus they wouldn’t give me a discount for the hassle or throw in some free supplies. Boo to that.
