Excellent experience from start to finish. I have never personally used a storage before this but glad I chose Uncle Bob’s when I did :) Facility is clean, storages are easily accessed from your vehicle and with their camera surveillance I felt very comfortable storing my items for an extended period of time. Above all, the staff is friendly and understanding.

I have only encountered 35th avenue location. But I have never in my life seen better customer service from anyone. All you have to do is explain to them your situation and the will be happy to assist you in anyway. I never got sold on any unit. John and Ian were very nice and explain to me that me renting a unit from them should be the easiest thing about moving. And they were correct. I had a horrible time with my moving company and I kept pushing my rental date with the storage unit and they were happy to extend it for me with no hassle. That meant the world to me because they told me the truth from the start. I would like to say thank you again from the bottom of my heart, I really appreciate you guys.
