Unique Electrical Contractors

I give them a BIG THUMBS DOWN. I made appt. to get estimate to change aluminum wiring to copper for my 704 sq ft home. Was given a verbal estimate of $ 2300 to $ 2500 and was promised an email that afternoon w/​estimate I could present to get financing for the rewiring job. No email that day, nor the next. On the morning of 3^rd day, called & left voice mail. No call back in 4 hours so called again. This time spoke to same fellow and he PROMISED to email the estimate by the end of the day. None rec d. Called the following morning & got voice mail. No call back, no written estimate. Even sent him an email using email address from company website so he could just hit reply and send the estimate… it was ignored. I chose this company because of its strong BBB rating. Who knows, maybe if/​when they actually show up to do a job, maybe they do good work … but based on my experience, IF you are looking for a electrical contractor whom you can trust will do what he says will do, at about when he says he will do it … then RUN FOR THE HILLS!
