MCSO uses them to tow vehicles at salt river. They had my truck towed. $ 400 worth of my property mainly 2 braven brv-​x speakers were stolen from my truck within the time of them towing my truck and me picking it up from their lot. Police didn’t list almost anything in my truck other than a cooler and sun glasses on their report so the speakers were taken and the towing company says they wont replace it being that it wasn’t listed on the report. All in all the MCSO use this company to tow vehicles and allow them to steal from your vehicle.

We had a car that was towed here after an accident. While waiting for Insurance to process the claim, the car was stored at their yard. The towing fee and storage fees were up to$ 652. We had to surrender the title because we couldn’t afford to pay and still move the car to repair it. In exchange, we still had to pay $ 150 out of pocket and surrender the title. That was not the issue we had however. The crooked ass attendant refused to properly itemize the receipt. He refused to properly document the transaction and instead simply provided a receipt saying we paid $ 150. This leaves us with no documentation of the loss for insurance purposes. The guy that rear ended the car did not have insurance, and we only had liability coverage and towing. Now we can’t even properly prove to the insurance company our actual loss. After trying to explain to the guy that all we were asking for was itemized receipt, he basically rudely told us that we were trying to put in a claim for money we didn’t pay. How can you say we didn’t pay, when we surrendered the title to a car they can fix or salvage for parts, then paid $ 150 out of pocket. This is a shady company with shady business practices that preys on those who are in a bad situation. To top it, off the staff are real jerks!
