This company provides a dvd duplicating service under the name CDROM2GO. Their website advertises a 100% guarantee to match any competitors’ price. I received a quote from them to duplicate a dvd of mine. I found a cheaper price with another company, and offered to provide them with a copy of the quote to see if they would match it. Their response back to me in its entirety was, «That sounds like a great price. Best of luck.» Now admittedly, the quote I received from their competitor was a smoking hot deal, and I really wasn’t expecting them to match it. But how about at least making a counter offer, and promising great customer service along with it, OR SOMETHING!!! But just to cut my potential business off so abruptly I found incredibly insulting. So much for for truth in advertising.
