Absolutely horrible. I made the mistake of not seeing a doctor for over a year and got kicked out of my normal clinic, since if you don’t go at least once a year they make way for those that are going in the clinics patient list. So I thought I’d transfer here since it was right by my house. The doctor was rude, absolutely no bed side manners. Minimized what I was stating was happening. The appointment didn’t start on time, despite no one in the waiting room.
After the experience, I wrote my doctor at the main VA a note begging her to let me back in her clinic since her patient list was full, which thankfully she did. So I never had to return to the Thunderbird clinic,
